He came back every day, on time, to check on the dry out process, until properly completed. They cleaned everything up real good, as expected. Project manager Matt R went above & beyond to explain the entire process, answer all questions, provided the re-build quote paperwork quickly, and worked with our insurance company to get the settlement completed in an expedited manner.
