Best Hvac System in Phoenix AZ

Parker and Sons were one of three valley HVAC companies I contacted when I decided to replace our 20 year old system. They were very upfront, professional from the initial sales call to the next day installation. In todays market I feel like there are a lot of smoke an mirrors pricing and warranty length wise. Parker and Sons proposal and sales experience was easy to navigate to know exactly what you were getting when comparing various systems. The install was scheduled the following day after our purchase. The installers showed up at 7 am as promised and worked until almost 9 pm tightening everything up. It was refreshing to see that kind of commitment and customer service post Covid when everyone seems to have an excuse. I will definitely recommend Parker and Sons to anyone whose is looking to make a major purchase such as this.

Absolutely professional also wore PPE for our protection and their’s. Very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information on how to take care of our system. Definitely would recommend to anyone that needs plumbing.

Excellent customer service and very knowledge. We were going to remodel our home and wanted to be sure there were no plumbing repairs that might crop up, so Hero took care of us. From my 1st call to the company, my questions were answered, a fair estimate given, and timely response to do the job. The company representative that answered my phone questions came out for the inspection and the needed hydro-jetting the next day. Video and intelligent explanations provided by the rep gave me the understanding to make my decisions easily on how I wanted to proceed. I had to replace a portion of my main line under the foundation in my house. The rep continued as my supervisor of the job for continuity. They made the best of the plumbing issue with fair pricing, their care to protect my belongings, minimal digging to access the pipes, very intelligent solutions to the repair with extremely great servicemen, and clean-up was done leaving me little to do. No more plumbing issue to worry about.

Was my technician. From the moment he came in, he presented himself very professional. Taber answered all my questions regarding my unit. Taber went above and beyond by educating me about the equipment that was being tested. Taber is by far a very a great asset to your company!

Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

Pluming service installation of the Kitchen faucet, filter change of the reverse osmosis, flush the water heater and offer maintenance for the home which i did accepted. Very professional, and polite wore mask for protection knew the product's of installation, Quick and clean area after installation. I would welcome return, had other offers but I choose the right company.

Short version: The company is expensive, has very poor communication, doesn't do what they say they are going to do and are technically incompetent.Long version:Went with Penguin originally because of the seemingly good reviews that they had on Google. We had been having issues with our AC for a couple months and were willing to pay the extra money to go with a reputable company so that we could end the nightmare. Unfortunately, it was really only the beginning. The day the AC was installed we could not get the temperature below 85 degrees. Whoever I talked to would try and tell me that the new systems were not as good as the old R22 systems and that the tech had confirmed before they left everything was working as intended. That didn't seem likely so I asked to have someone else come out.The next individual came and did nothing as they seem to have multiple different departments in AC (warranty, install, tech - not really sure) who all have a variety of excuses as to why they are not the right person to assist and will pass the problem off to the next person.The next guy came out and said that the refrigerant was low and filled it up and apologized. I was cautiously optimistic that would help but it did not.The next guy came out and said that the ducts were not properly sealed and he had put tape on the outside to fix it. I asked, incredulously, whether tape was going to be the final fix for the leak and he said it was rated for 25 years and would be fine. I found this a little suspicious but said okay.The next morning I went into my attic to blow insulation to try and do anything I could to cool my house down from the 110+ degree heat and found the attic was probably more comfortable than my house. So...The next guy came out and said that the tape the previous guy had put on had fallen off and it should really be applied to the inside of the ducts otherwise the air will push it away (makes sense). After pressuring him for some more details on the issue, he finally admits the initial tech also messed up and put a piston system instead of a TXV which is what my unit requires and is likely the source of my problem. They also advise that part will take a couple weeks to get.At this point I'm obviously a bit frustrated and call a couple times requesting to have a manager or someone call me back. As of now, I have yet to have anyone from management contact me even though I have requested it multiple times.Good news is they got the part earlier.The next guy came and installed it. Bad news is the unit is now running worse than it was before. Haven't even called to deal with that yet. Maybe they will finally get their act together and call me back like they were supposed to.Bonus: They put a hole in my ceiling when they stepped through it. In their defense, they did send someone out to fix it though. I'm okay with companies making mistakes if they make right. Unfortunately, this was the only case where they did.

Travis was on time and the estimate was extremely fair. I would recommend this company to anyone!

We have used alliance for multiple sites for multi housing office workers that answers phones are rude and feels like Inconvenience when I call their field manager or supervisor Ryan it’s very unprofessional with their bids and unorganized I work with a lot of Plumbing and Hvac companies but this By far is the worst one I had to deal with

My downstairs bathroom sink required a completely new piping. When something valuable dropped down the drain, my boyfriend disassembled it but was unable to reassemble it. The entire structure was deteriorating and ancient. I dialled his number ( the very 1st plumber I found and read reviews about). I had a 9-11am appointment, but they arrived BEFORE the allotted time, which was fantastic. The components arrived quickly and were installed the same day! Very courteous, and considerate of my house. Wearing masks and protective footwear! The pricing was also reasonable. I would highly suggest them and would absolutely use them again if I need another plumbing work.

Both Matt and Travis were a pleasure to deal with and were very informative in providing information regarding the repairs needed. They were respectful of my house and covered their shoes whenever they entered. I was disappointed that Travis didn’t have time to take me off roading or for a walk on the beach.

Scott is a great plumber & electrician. I am so lucky to have found such a reliable and honest professional. His prices are the best on the market, he's always on time, works very professionally and really knows about his stuff! Plus he always goes the extra mile by leaving the place even cleaner than what it used to be! He's done a lot of works with my home and I couldn't be happier I hired him.

We discovered on July 4th our air conditioning was not working. The people at ACE were fantastic. We had a technician there within an hour. Jason did a fantastic job. He had it repaired and up and running in no time. I think it was great to have such good service on a holiday and he was very nice! Thank you Jason
