I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

Even though I came to them with the intention of purchasing a new unit, they insisted on having one of their techs verify that there was nothing more that could be done to repair my current unit. Once that was confirmed, they used a consultative approach to selling me a new unit. Very detailed and thorough communication, and set realistic (even though not ideal due to supply/demand issues) timeline expectations. Highly recommend.
