If you want someone fantastic ask for Isaac. He not only helped us with our plumbing emergency he taught us about basic plumbing. We have this issue in the past and have hired emergency services and they just come and snake the drain and leave. Isaac was polite, knowledgeable and took time to help us. We will definitely be saving this number for future use! They pick up the phone in a few rings and had someone out within the hour. So thankful!

Penguin Air replaced my 4 ton AC with a new unit. The install crew was professional and cleaned up completely after the install. There was some damage to the trim at the attic entrance and Penguin sent out a carpenter in a timely manner to replace and to paint the trim.There was a communication concern regarding the SRP Rebate and Penguin Air went above and beyond to address that issue to my satisfaction.

A lateral sewer clog produced a backlog, which I discovered early. On a Saturday afternoon, though, there are no toilets, showers, or basins. Because it was an emergency, I called these men solely on the basis of web reviews. The staff arrived in less than an hour, provided a fair and affordable quotation, and then completed the work. Recommended!!

UPDATE: Although I blocked their number, 2 days later again I just got a call from them from another number. So they are now moving onto harassment. All I wanted was a quote on a Summer check up. And I've not gotten a text with a appointment set with someone else's address. And now a call after I had blocked their number, from another number now.With summer coming up I was calling different companies to get quotes for a Summer checkup. I specifically block my number when doing so, as to not get sales people calling back etc, and spam. Well I purposely blocked my number before calling them about 2 hours or so ago. I don't know what shady software they use to get past that, to see people's phone numbers, but I got a text message from them confirming an appt I never set, with some address that is not mine. I have blocked their number and hopefully do not get any unwanted calls or texts further. Needless to say I will be crossing them off of my list of AC companies I was looking at. I never leave reviews like this but the fact they got past the blocked number, really screams red flag and should be noted.

I think they don't want the business. Cost of fan is <$1000 at retail and they quote $3,566, wouldn't even come to our home to see what we have. Did they quote something that costs a contractor, with contractor discount, I don't need? Unfortunately for Ace we can check prices and know when supposed military veterans are dipping into the pork. So disappointed.
