Best electrician ever!!!

On a hot summer night in Phoenix, my air went out. I called several companies that claimed to offer 24/7 service. Penguin Air was the only company that actually got a technician to me. Steve was amazing. He explained everything to me clearly and sent me a detailed email follow-up for me to provide to the company that held my warranty. He was sympathetic and knowledgeable. I am due for a new unit this year, and I will definitely be consulting Penguin Air for my future needs. Thank you Steve!

Great customer service. Technician, Nathan was on time. Company sent technicians picture and kept me informed of arrival. Explained and showed problem with old unit.
