Some of their guys were great but I had one that I'm pretty sure was on some type of amphetamine and I had another guy come in just to do the standard HVAC maintenance but he Left a pool of water on my floor at each of my AC intake vents and left his booties at my door. Every time they were here they tried to sell me on something I didn't need and even with the discount they were overpriced compared to the other companies that came and gave me offers

WOW, even though my father replaced this system in June 2017 and passed away in December 2021, Hobaica honored the parts warranty, I knew the labor warranty was expired, they schedule me for service ASAP. I call on 6/10/22 at noon and a technician Steven Avila, arrive at 5 pm, schedule between 4 to 7 pm. Steven was friendly, professional and got right to work. Found the issue, adjusted the A/C to give me relief right now (today was only 111 degrees and this weekend it should be 114!!!). Thanks, because I thought that was it, but Steven went even further and found an issue (a small leak), so he diagnose the problem, topped off the coolant and call the office to see If the part is available. All I can say, I wish everybody could give service like this. Even though I have a Lennox system, that after five years, sprung a leak, but life isn't fair, but the service from Hobaica and Steven was very fair and extremely fast service!!! Now that it's cooling down in the house, I can start living again, since I'm from Central Oregon (get weather now), and I'm doing maintenance on the house, to have another issue on my list, this one is pretty well done for now and I have Hobaica to thank!!!

I had a good experience dealing with them even though I wasn't there. The price of replacing my air conditioning unit was very high but that's more to do with the market as opposed to the customer service itself. I had a very good experience overall.

I originally decided to not leave a review as it would be negative. Because Goettl could not repair my AC, I was to get a full refund (less the service fee). For 3 weeks, I have been told my refund has been processed. I finally had to place a dispute with my credit card company. Being lied to and taken advantage of has really upset me and I do not want others to have this happen.

3 weeks ago, I contacted Goettl as my AZ blower motor stopped working. I have a 4.5 year old unit. The operators were pleasant and was able to get me an appointment the next day which was on a Saturday. The tech showed up and determined it was the blower motor. He then proceeded to tell me all the things wrong with the unit and all that needs to be done. As a property manager of 20 years, managing thousands of units, I knew this was all a sales pitch and all that was needed was a motor (which is still under warranty by the manufacturer. I agreed to have them repair the blower motor to get me up and running.

Before collecting my payment, the major sales pitch started. I was told I should get just get a whole new unit and ductwork (again, AC and ductwork is all brand new 4.5 years ago) and they could get me on a monthly payment plan for a whopping $12,000.00!! He then said my unit was so dirty, it would have to be fully chemically cleaned should I decide to keep it. Again, as a property manager I know the importance of home maintenance and I have maintained and cleaned the coils on an annual basis. He took my credit card payment of nearly $1600 up front so they could order and install the motor once received.

I agreed again, to just have the motor put in as it was supposed to be warm and needed my AC running.

Monday, I received a call from someone from the office stating they would not be able to get my unit up and running until the MIDDLE OF DECEMBER!! There was a shortage of variable speed motors, and they just could not do anything else- but again, they could fully replace the unit. The other option was for them to place a temporary blower fan in my unit for ANOTHER $1600! I said this was unacceptable and to refund my money less the service call, to which I agreed.

The next day, I contacted another AC Service Company (A&C Services by Able), a licensed, bonded, insured company with the owner having 30 plus years AC experience. Within less than 48 hours, they were able to retrieve the new motor (paid for under warranty, by the way), get to my house, and install. My unit was up and running with an OEM motor, covered by warranty, within 48 hours, all for $260!!

Goettl charged my $1600 and was telling me it would be 2 month until they could repair. But again, they could sell me an entire new unit!

I contacted Goettl 4 (four) times asking about my refund. For 3 weeks, I was told it was in process. As of date- I have no refund and was forced to place a dispute with my credit card company.

I had high hopes for Goettl but was sorely disappointed. Again, I was not going to leave a negative review although their pricing is out of line and certainly, they take advantage of people. Shame on you, Goettl. You need to do better!

Who'd like to bet now this review was written, I will get a call back regarding my refund!?

Super friendly, polite and professional. We accidentally filled out a check wrong, they came back real quick and completely awesome about it. Will use again, especially for the maintenance

A very honest company and do Great work

After placing my urgent call to the S&G office of a broken ac unit, they told me someone would be here within the hour. Kyle called and was at our home within 45 minutes. He fixed our a/c unit and explained the problem very professionally. Kudos to Kyle with S&G Mechanical for prompt, courteous and professional service.

Response time was as stated. Service Tech was friendly and completed repair. Highly satisfied with Cactus Mechanical

I manage a vacation rental for the owner (my sister) who lives in another state. We have guests who had booked for several weeks, but were having big problems with the a/c during this terrible heat. We tried several times to contact our previous service, but when they finally arrived they did not correct the problem (but said they did), and did not respond to follow-up calls. Fortunately, our neighbors recommended Day & Night, who responded immediately and had a tech out here in hours. He found the problem, knew exactly what he was doing, and went right to work - no going to get parts, etc. He not only diagnosed the problem quickly, he FIXED it on the spot. His presentation, courtesy, knowledge and work ethic were outstanding, and this will definitely be the a/c company we will use for ourselves and our guests, and recommend to our neighbors.

Our nearly 20 year old AC unit died. I remembered seeing a King Mechanical truck in our neighborhood and talking to the owner, who was happy with their equipment and work, so I called. I spoke directly with Frank, the owner, who helped me determine what kind of unit I needed and whether it would be cost effective to upgrade to a higher efficiency unit. The heat was miserable in the house, but Frank and crew were onsite at 8:30am the next morning, and he assured me we won't leave until it's working. They finished a difficult install (unit in the attic and outside unit difficult to remove) at 7:30 pm and we had cooling once again. The price was reasonable for good equipment with a good warranty. They guys were hard working, clean, cheerful, and professional. I would use KIng Mechanical again, and recommend them to you for your heating/AC needs.

Needed a service call, they jump right on it and came over the same day. A/C is working awesome and couldn't be happier with their service and quick response. I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

They came out on a Saturday night and fixed the problem. Very happy with their service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Scottsdale Air has serviced our A/C for 15 years and has not disappointed in any way. We are having a new Trane unit installed by them.
