Chas Roberts is horrible. AC went out and if it was covered under warranty they would come out same day. I only had parts warranty so they stayed the earliest was the next night from 7pm-12am. Why is my situation less important if I am paying cash for labor? Went with Bell Air Conditioning and was seen within minutes. Chas Roberts is horrible. Boycott them.

Plumbers arrived inside the window and volunteered to wear shoe booties inside, which we liked. The initial snaking effort failed, but the second round succeeded. Both men were courteous and professional, and they were in and out in less than a half hour.

Have had a plumbing issue for years. Which I suspected was on the city side of the sewer. In the past 9 years I have had another company out here many times. Day & Night went above and beyond. After a camera inspection it was determined that there was a huge belly that sewage was accumulating in and this was the reason for my constant backups. The tech even contacted the city to have them come right out. The city did determine that it was theirs to take care of and will be doing it within the next two weeks. I'm having them do some other work since they've already come out here anyway. they also did some completely different work for me last week so chose to call them again. Very glad I did. They are now my new plumbing and air conditioning company. Already used them for air conditioning. would highly recommend.

Scott has been great to work with and has solved many issues at my home. He was able to fix a years-long AC problem and also installed a new water heater quickly when my old one died. He's professional, responsive and knowledgeable.

After installing an AC unit, they left before it was fully functional! Instead they told my family we would need to get a hotel for the night at 6pm. We had to find boarding for 1 dog and a hotel to accommodate the other and our large family. What a nice added expense to have to come up with on short notice. Their website says they are open 24/7 and for emergencies but we were on our own. Not only did they leave the ac unit unusable, they left a mess all over the floors and took some chunks out of my walls while working. What a disaster!

Excellent company that I have no hesitation in recommending. I have used them 3 times and the job was done on time with excellent quality and very reasonable prices. When I had to replace my water heater a good tank cost $100 less than anyone else.
