Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

The service techs (David, Kent & Gerry) were incredible! They walked me through everything they did, helped me setup the smart thermostat, gave me excellent advice, and cleaned up thoroughly ensuring that they left no mess behind. To be honest, if it wasn't for the new AC unit blowing COLD air, I couldn't even tell they were here.

Darren and Ryan managers at Goettl stated that they would not be sending me a check for the shoe they buried until I take down the review, even after I said I had not heard from them for several weeks until and I’m being blackmailed. I was originally told that I would be getting a check to replace the shoe they buried after leaving a muddy mess in my backyard but I have to abide by their rules. And let’s not forget the other mess they made.

Before writing this review I have made every attempt to get this issue resolved, through corporate office in Las Vegas, many phone calls to local plumbing office, emails and a recent complaint with Better Business Bureau.
Don't bother calling corporate - the prerecorded message states the owner Ken Goodrich makes the company committed to... but the office only has direct name recording.
I did not have any work done by this company however Goettl had to access my yard & in the process, left a broken mess. My leg was buried from mud along with my shoe. Instead of retrieving my shoe which anyone with any common sense would do after seeing my leg sink then just buried my shoe. Of course Goettl said they would buy me a new pair but a month later and no response, left me no choice but to go public.
Lastly, the issue with the muddy yard continues, and I sent video but still nothing.

Came on a weekend after we had someone else no call no show to repair. Very professional and helpful. We will need to replace our unit soon and will use them in the meantime they have fixed our ac unit.

She took care of my father-in-law and his neighbor a few months back also. She is effectively efficient. Please give her the day off with pay and give her a raise. To keep talent, it must be compensated.

Miles and Kirkland did a job planned at 4 to 5 hours, in 3. Checked their work, did a few touch ups to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and left the work area clean. Very professional company and Aprilaire should be proud to be a partner with them. Great job.

Awesome company ! Had my AC for newly 2 years and suddenly broke down all of a sudden.
I was recommended this company and they were able to repair it in no time . They had it back up and running within the guaranteed time limit .
