I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

Going through a septic inspection for the sale of a house is stressful - just no way around it. I am really appreciative of the work Macho Contracting did inspecting our two septics. They always showed up on time, were great about keeping me informed and explaining not just the findings but options on how to address anything that came up. Robbie and Daniel were great to work with and very knowledgable. It’s a family owned business that from what I saw cares about their customers, which is difficult to find these days. I will use them again for general plumbing work, and obviously highly recommend them.

We hired Paradise septic to pump and certify a septic system in Paradise Valley. Required by Maricopa Co for the sale of the property. I, as a manager of the property, was there from beginning to end of the process. We were charged $1020 in labor for two employees on site three hours. One of the employees was the tech there to certify the tank once the tank was exposed. While one employee used a mini backhoe to expose the tank the tech stood by and watched 95% of the time. On occasion, he would hold a shovel to keep an irrigation line clear, I also held the shovel to keep the irrigation line clear . Once the tech was able to get to the tank and commence with his inspection, the other laborer retreated to his truck, where he sat until it was time to replace the dirt. Every aspect of the invoice was inflated. Total charge for a pump and certification was $3149.72. I would not use nor recommend this company for any septic or plumbing needs.

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. Buying a new home and a few months in e are having shower stoppage issues. When Christopher came out he was very respectful and provided all the information need that was causing my issue. I ended up having to change out the sewer pipes. He and his team did a great job. He provided me with other option along with financial assistance..I would recommend this company along with Christopher and his team for reliable and respectful service held with honesty and integrity.

Absolutely blown away by the level of service Manny and his crew gave to our needs. A simple clogged drain turned into roots in our line (yep...every person's nightmare. They did so great at locating the problem and solving quickly and efficiently. Of course it was a spendy hit to our budget, but for this quality of work, I'm happy to pay for the infrastructure upkeep.

This company used to be pretty good, but not anymore. I have called twice for emergency service to our medical practice. The first time they said they were sending someone ASAP; six hours later a plumber showed up. The problem was not solved properly so I had to call again today. I told them it was an emergency. They said they could not come out. Our company will never use them again.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

Unbelievably great customer service from RR Plumbing. From the very polite person who answered the phone, to the technician, Mikey, who was available at our service address within 2 hours!!We thought we had a clogged drain or serious plumbing issue that was impacting our water pressure. Instead Mikey found it was a clogged shower head and instructed us how to take care of it on our own if we desired. Who does that??Mikey was knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and totally concerned about what concerned us and charged us NOTHING for the service call. We may not have needed services then, but when we do in the future, we intend to use RR Plumbing and also encourage our friends and family to do the same. Thanks again Mikey. I thought Option One did just drain clearings. I have used them for a few commercial properties I manage. I am so glad that I called them to try to fix what I thought was the unfixable. They fixed a roof drain that has been leaking when it rains forever! The roofing company kept trying to fix it, my maintenance man tried. Sammy with Option One took a look, conferred with an associate who came out also and they came up with a plan to repair. Best thing was--they didn't charge an arm and a leg. I will definitely be calling upon them again.

Bill arrived on time and found that the problem was bigger then I thought. Bill took the time to explain what was needed to repair everything and approximately how long it would take to finish. He immediately started and completed the job sooner then I thought it would take. After completing everything, he cleaned it like he was never here, and showed me how the new faucet worked.Bill is a very friendly person and put up with my dog constantly barking when he would walk by. I would recommend both him and Bumble Bee Plumbing, any time.

Excellent service! Showed up on time with a day and time convenient for me. Owner was very knowledgable and helpful at describing the process and cost estimate up front. Technician was polite, professional, prompt, and explained as much as I asked and put the small holes he dug in my yard back together very nicely. I was even charged the exact same amount as originally quoted!

We lost water pressure to both bathrooms and the kitchen. I called Mr Rooter after checking the My Guy Referral around 9am. Jill scheduled my appointment for 10-12 that same day, which was very nice. I wasn't expecting same day service. She also called back to let me know Keith was on his way at 10:30. Thanks Jill! Keith was not even here 5 minutes and knew what the problem was. His 1st question, do you have a water softner? I advised yes, but its not hooked up and not working. When I bought the house I was told this so I wasn't concerned. Keith shook his head and said it was hooked up to the water but not plugged in and running and because of this all the resin beads had filtered thru our house and plugged up the pipes. This was not an easy job to fix. Keith went to work rebuilding the insides of the 4 sinks, the 2 toilets, the 2 bathtubs and showers, he had to flush all the pipes to get all the resin beads out, had to put new parts on the water heater and flush the resin beads out of it. He also had to install a new water softener. He was here for several hours each of the 3 days he had to come out. Durring these times he was very professional, courteous, left no mess, and always had a friendly smile. I would definately recommend Keith and Mr Rooter. Job well done!

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
