I wanted to take a moment to comment on the exceptional performance of Alex and the team that re-roofed my garage recently. I employed Scott Roofing some years ago when I had the house re-roofed and was very pleased with the results so my expectations were high. Mr. Davies and his crew exceeded even those expectations. The roofing was excellent, but the crew went beyond that. My garage, yard, and driveway were almost spotless in the clean-up that was completed. Additionally, the crew even removed some branches I had laying in the yard that I had cut away giving them access to the garage. When I contacted my neighbor to ensure that their yard had not suffered from any of the falling debris, they indicated that the crew was “very sweet” stopping by their house to see if the clean-up was to their satisfaction.
I am impressed and wanted to be sure their thoroughness was recognized.

The quality of the work was good.

After contacting five roofing companies, we chose Brown to replace our tile roof. From our first contact with Debbie to schedule the estimate with Jesse to completion with Craig and Chris on-site, we knew we chose the right company. The team at Brown operates like a well-oiled machine making the process very easy. On top of competitive pricing and a great warranty, they were always on time, knowledgeable, attentive to any questions, used quality materials and did excellent work. It's safe to bet they have several jobs running concurrently around town, but their excellent customer service made us feel like ours was the only one at the time. They consistently delivered on everything from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with our new roof!

I interviewed three roof repair companies to fix a leak in my tile roof, one of which was Ky-ko. Of the three, Ky-ko gave the most thorough and responsive inspection and quote.
The work was done as promised and I was kept informed of the progress as well as the general condition of the roof.
The leak is fixed, I am relieved, and will be having them back before monsoon to update the rest of the roof.

All of the work was done on time and with the result that I was expecting. They did a good job of cleaning up debris and nails. I would recommend them to anybody wanting a quality job.

Lenin promptly came out to fix my roof. A true professional, smart, timely, knowledgable. The work was good. I referred him to my sister.

I hired this company to replace a small 15x15 foot walk deck in December 2017. The project didn’t get completed until two month later. After completion it was obvious after the first rainfall that the slope of the floor was off and redirecting the water away from the drain causing dozens of gallons of standing water. . Keep in mind that this was never the original problem. At this point it became hard to get a hold of anyone in the company. Finally I got William to return my call. His reply to the problem was that standing water on my walk deck ( living space) was acceptable to code as long as it evaporated within a few days. That was not the case here, this water was planning on sitting here for weeks. I played by his rules and watched the water sit and sit and sit. I reached out to him a week later, finally he suggested a solution which was to cut a half inch ditch from a 3x8 foot space out of the floor to redirect the water. This part I don’t get because part of the original repare was to remove the old subfloor and replace it with new ply board but I thought oh well I’m sure they know what they are doing. Weeks later the crew showed up to work on the repair. They worked for a day or two then mysteriously abandoned the project. I waited about two weeks before I had to call the company and ask why they left the project exposed and abandoned. Several weeks went by before they would return and finally complete the repair. 6 months later when they finally “finish”and the final result looks awful... the epoxy was left with over a dozen 2 inch bubbles in the area of their patch up repair and the ditch they carved makes the area on the walk deck a tripping hazard. And guess what, The deck still holds water. I swore I would never do business with this company again or even want to deal with them until now. Last week with all the rainfall I have noticed my new walk deck by Patterson Roofing was leaking. The water has now entered my house and has caused damage all down my dining room wall. Now I’m left to repaint and deal with potential mold. I called and left a message for William four days ago and still have not gotten a call back. I feel like they have taken advantage of my patients and tolerance. I expect a call back and want the work redone. This is the last chance I give Patterson Roofing before it escalate this to the next level.

I highly recommend Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling. Clearly a company that is run with integrity. Jack's experience and knowledge is obvious, but what was most impressive was the communication and attention to detail in every aspect. The work was done well and on time. There is no doubt that Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling was the right call.

Just had a new roof installed by Multi-Pro Roof Solutions. They did an amazing job from dealing with the insurance company to actually installing the roof, the service was fantastic.

I'm particularly grateful for all of the hand-holding during the process by the Project Manager Zach Tomlinson. He did everything he said he would do, was responsive to all of my questions and was really great to work with.

Gave Hardacker Roofing 5 Stars because they earned them! Clyde and his company are top notch. Professional and courteous in every way. Did a complete re-roof on my rental home in the Cove at North Canyon and I couldn't be more pleased. Showed up on time as promised, completed all the work sooner than expected and we had both a tile and flat roof to recondition and replace! Cleanup was done quickly and perfectly. All this, AND they were less expensive than most all the other quotes!! What a Deal. Try em, you'll love em!!

Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.

Need someone to get the job done right the first time give Phoenix Roofing a call.

Thx you so much Geo Roofing for the following up and making warranty job like new. The Concerns that I had with the roof being a problem was taken care of By Mike (G. Manager) and Staff. They did a very good job fixing the issues. I would say please call and set up time to have these guys come out and help you with any roofing needs. Warranty is most import bec it after the work has been done. We have Roof Deck they do the work on. I will be using these guys again...

I initially dismissed Capstone judgment based on other company's incorrect assessment. I'm disappointed that the highly rated other contractor was wrong. He said that my leak was due to a small error and that he fixed it. But that was not the case as evidenced by current moisture and leaking. I'm glad that capstone roofing was honest and didn't try to give minimal/no treatment, possibly in pursuit of ranking and social media placement.

Jim and Miguel were incredible. We had a 20-year-old roof that begin leaking through the ceiling. They gave me a very competitively priced quote and got the roof done swiftly with no issues. Additionally, Miguel resurfaced our balcony himself and did an exquisite job. Would recommend and use them again if I needed to! Thanks guys.
