Arizona Fire and Water were the first responders during my recent kitchen flood. Everyone who came to address the damage and see to repairs were great. Mario and Dave (and the others) were punctual, polite, friendly, efficient, respectful. The kitchen is back to its original state and I'm so happy and grateful to Mario and Dave and AZ Fire and Water.

Arrived at my home less then a hour after my flood they helped me get in and out my home safely and took control of the flood. I couldn’t be more impressed with the staff and services I received at Jenkins. Our bathtub was leaking and ended up getting all the way into our bedroom, it was a mess and super scary. I contacted the Water Mold Fire Restoration about a water damage claim and they came out very quickly. Their staff was all very polite, competent, and professional. They took care to protect the carpets and floors outside of the working areas. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work.

Mr. Eric Allen and his son Cameron were at our home immediately upon hearing of the damage. They worked expeditiously and spent the entire day remedying the situation. Not only did they stay until they found the source, they returned the following day (Saturday) at 6:00 AM to empty the effected areas. They moved all items to a storage facility. They worked in 110 degree heat until 5 PM that day, completely removing all wet drywall and insulation. They cleaned and vacuumed. They then installed many commercial dryers, answered any questions I had, in a very knowledgeable manner. They are by far a company that many could learn how to properly run a well oiled machine. I am going to advise people on Social Media, in the event they have an issue, in The Valley. They are a wonderful efficient team.They work tirelessly and are highly focused on superb quality service. I would give them a higher grade, if possible. They returned every day on a 24 hour interval to check their status & make appropriate adjustments, regardless of it being a weekend. They check every job, no matter how many there are. I have not experienced such exceptional customer service in my 57 years.

We have been patrons of this business for a very long time. Our annual mold inspection is performed by them, and we have never been dissatisfied. They always conduct the inspection thoroughly.

When a drain pipe in my kitchen blew, my house was flooded with sewer water. Brandy was at my house within an hr from reaching out to them. Brandy, Jorge and Mario were nothing less than professional and thorough with performing the tear out, dry out and clean up of my house. They were always in communication with me during the process and were continuously available to answer any questions or concerns that had arisen. Mike and Ryan at SERVPRO were incredible. Called on Sunday about a water leak at my in-laws home. Within 2 hours they were at his home and dealing with the leak. The home is 1 hour drive from their location so I was very impressed with how fast they arrived. Once the leak was corrected they went right into remediation which was handled extremely fast and in a professional manner. Luckily, the damage was less than was expected. They gave my FIL great advice in regards to not filing an insurance claim before they had a chance to inspect the damages. This not only saved money, but saved them havibg to file an insurance claim. Highly recommend their services!
