Crystal, Cecilia and nina kept a steady pace and were very professional and gentle with all of my belongings they even showed some love to my house cat Thomas. Both Nicole and tony were amazing the way they directed their workers as well as the amazing demolition work that was completed by Ricardo, dylan and chris. Timothy listened to what we had to say. He replaced the bathroom door, moved the washer and dryer and removed some drywall that the demo crew did not remove, so the plumbers could get to the plumbing.

Venturi was contracted by our insurance company to repair interior damage from a roof leak from storm damage. Arrangements were made for painting in as timely a manner as was possible, since interior and exterior repairs needed to be coordinated. The painting crew assigned to us was quite poor. They did not cover our furnishings well and we found numerous spots of paint on our furniture, flooring, and appliances. Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship. Would not recommend.

Based on the positive online evaluations for this business, I decided to employ them. And I'm pleased I gave them a go. They conducted a successful mold check for us. We are pleased with the result.

We had a water leak in our wall and had exemplary service from Mario and David at Restoration 1. They were here daily to clean up our water damage and dry out our house. They were very polite and were fantastic about letting us know when they were coming. I would use them again if we ever needed this service.

We always find DRR to have our best interests at heart, whether it is working with the insurance company or simply responding to our specific needs.

I had left a hose running & that caused a flood in the basement. I was just so upset & looked online to find a restoration company. I found ServPro & called & the person who answered (Michael I think) said if you have turned off the hose you have done all you need to do.. We've got it from here he said.
They came over & in 3 hours most of the water was vacuumed up.
They moved all the furniture & put dryers & dehumidifiers in the wet parts. I was a crying mess when they arrived but felt a lot better when they were done.
They came back again every 2 days just to check for dryness. The following day Ryan came & moved everything back in place.
