This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Hobaica tech Binh provided excellent service. He was informative, efficient and professional. While out for regular maintenance service for my HVAC unit, he identified a mechanical problem with the motor on one of my AC units, explained it detail not only what it was but the most likely cause of its failure. I opted to replace the motor not based on high pressure sales like other companies do but rather based on the quality of the information provided. Thank you Binh!

My AC stopped cooling my place constantly I searched online for AC repair. I called Desert Diamond and they were able to come out same day which was great. The tech, Mario, was nice to work with, but I'm questioning his abilities now. I spent over 1k for parts, that cost about $100 (discovered this after the visit). I understand there is labor involved, but there clearly is too much overhead that their labor would be over $300/hour or they are ripping people off. My AC worked for less than 6 hours after Mario left and now it doesn't work at all, it's worse than before. I contacted Desert Diamond hoping they could send someone tonight but they can't. I'll update this review tomorrow pending additional service.

Update: They came out the following day, and corrected the problem, which was another part that needed to be installed. Unfortunately they didn't catch this the first time, which could have been the problem all along.

We have had a contract with HVAC for several years. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive and something important to us, they do whatever is necessary to do the job right, but we never feel that they are up-selling us.

Will be recommending! Was having issues with my A/C (which is super needed in this heat), couldn’t get anyone out here to help me and contacted Moises, fast service right off the bat. Extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have been more thankful for his super fast service and ability to resolve the issue!

Alin did a GREAT job repairing our heating unit. He read results of another visit, figured out the problem, and fixed it. He then waited more than 30 minutes to ensure that it was fully functional. While he waited, he completed several preventative actions, and communicated clearly on each step. Thanks for great service Alin!

The folks at A & M did a great job installing a new HVAC system in my home! Everything was done in a professional manner, the rooftop unit looks great, and my new thermostat allows me to monitor the system when I'm away!

In addition they were very helpful and responsive when my old system was acting up.

I want to write a bunch of horrible things about sun devil, how race played a huge part in letting me go, a father of 4, or how a huge commercial job was left in the hands of a 21 year old kid, simply because he was the brother of the owner, or how the site superintendent rarely and I mean rarely showed his face before 9 am and never stepped a foot out into the heat, I had better attendance then a few of the employees, but because I don't speak Spanish, or I wasn't related to the owner I was let go, for missing a day due to the Gilbert municipal courts intolerance for being late to court, even if I was at work, and for being 20 minutes late due to car issues. I saw the work being done by the company, and I'll just say this, when the superintendent shows no enthusiasm for the job, and had worse attendence than anybody, and the forman was a kid brother to the owner with 2 years experience, you can imagine the work habits and maturity shown onsite. I am bitter about losing my job, especially when others should have been let go far before me. I feel absolutely stabbed in the back for a company I honestly broke my back for. Shame on sun devil heating and cooling.

I called with a high humidity ongoing issue with our AC in our apartment. Our management companies AC company dismissed us several times. I spoke with Bruce today who was generous with his knowledge and got an experienced technician out the same day. Pete did a through investigation and found the problem a TXV value. Their prices are reasonable and very honest. Highly recommend them!

Our technician was great! He explained what he saw the problem was, what he could do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The prices were reasonable given the fact that we already had an active leak and needed someone ASAP, and he offered advice on other plumbing questions we had for future home projects. Very happy with the whole service from calling to schedule through completion and cleanup. Highly recommend!

I live out of state, and needed some maintenance done on my HVAC system during the holidays and had inquired with some local folks about a good company to use.
