Great company to work with. I dealt directly with the owner who was very professional and accomadating. His crew was very experienced and worked smoothly like a well-oiled machine to finish the job quickly and well. Would definitely recommend them.

I had a walk-deck repaired/redone by RENCO. First of all, there aren't that many companies who do walk-deck repairs. Second, if they don't use the proper process (I recommend the Pli-Dek system), then you'll be having it redone in fairly short order.

From the 3 bids I received they were in the middle. A price I feel was fair for the very high quality work they did.

They were amazing. I had heard alot about the storm chasers that came to arizona so I wanted to wait awhile and let the chaos settle after the hail storm to do my roof. From the start the customer service was amazing. Alicia set up my estimate and explained to me the process so I knew what to expect. The estimator came out did exactly what Alicia said he would do and they emailed me the estimate later that day. When the crew came to do the work they knocked on the door to let me know they were there... The workers were all very nice! They cleaned up very nicely and my yard looked the way it did before they came. I was so happy with this company.. I would highly recommend them to everyone! If you go with Almeida Roofing Inc your making the best choice!

Great company. They came out while it was raining two weeks ago and were able to tell what needs to be fix once roof dried. They fix the leak and the price was reasonable. Will call them again if I ever need them again. Thank You Castile Roofing.

Roger Bloss has been amazing to work with in getting my roof replaced. He was able to do an assessment of my roof the day after it was damaged, he walked me through the claims process with insurance, and has communicated and updated me every step of the way. Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. Still can't believe how smooth and professional this process was. My wife and I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. I called Tacheny when I was having roof leak issues. Jim was very responsive and took the time to come out and explore the issue. He gave me honest sound advice in his evaluation. Very respectable company for your roofing needs!

Cheapest quote out of about 10 I got. They explained things better than others. Workers thou were quite messy and careless. Sometimes sounded like They were going to fall in roof. A big crack happened in garage they claimed it was there and it wasn't. It rained and i got a water leak. They didn't bother to fix ceiling in garage. Careless on covering the area near chimney where it leaked from when they were calling for rain, Or the crack. Had many others in the house too.

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

Always quick to return my calls, texts and emails. A pleasure to work with. Tracked down and repaired a leak in a newer roof, done by a different company. The quote I got from other companies to fix the repair was literally 3X the price of what Jack the Roofer charged me. Will have them do my patio roof when it's time. Great crew!
