I'm new to the area and a neighbor told me about this company and I'm very happy with the service. Great communication and very professional service that was so easy to schedule and they took care of all my needs and listened to my concerns. Urban Desert is a winner in my book.

UPDATE on 6-19-19. Excellent company. I've been using them for almost 3 years now. Great staff. Very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and more.ERIC came this time to spray. Gave me a call 5 minutes before he was scheduled. I really appreciate that as I have 4 dogs I have to kennel up. He did an excellent job. So nice. He gave me some education on product and about scorpions. Very respectful. Knowledgeable. Took his time and did a very thorough job! THANK YOU ERIC!!. Update!! 7-10-18. Have I said how much I love this company? Shane is awesome. Always on time. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Hes our regular guy. We moved to a new house that was literally scorpion infested. We used a black light before they came and after. So many dead scorpions after they came we were shocked. Any that were alive were dying. This is a great company with great people.Had Shane out to our house for our regular spray. Another great guy with this company. Very nice, very processional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for us. Exsplained things so they were very easy to understand. He was courteous and put covers over his shoes before he came in the house. When I first called insectek I spoke with Garret. He was great! I must have asked him a million questions. I knew right then Insectek was the company to use. He was patient and kind. Answered all my questions. Parker just came and sprayed my home. He was on time. What a great guy! Again so nice, patient and kind. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Did a great job. ( I think I made Parker late to his next appointment, I'm so sorry). I'm happy I chose Insectek for my pest control needs. We have a problem with crickets, big black beetles, little black bugs and my cat was fighting with a bark scorpion the other night. I feel confident we will no longer have the pest problems. Dan has been the man & is always more than willing to tackle any problem you might be having..he goes beyond the call of spray & go, he'll inquire if you have any other problems or questions..Most polite, & very thorough, & always there when he says he will be...& it always smells nice when they've finished...

Brian is great. He let's me know when he'll be here and is always on time. Thorough and professional. Took care of the wasps by my front door in less than a day.

Not happy with the service at all, he did not treat but one small area. I tried to catch him but, he was gone in a flash. I had tgwo other yards that needed to be treated.

We have TJ for our monthly service. He always notifies us a day before and gives us a 2 hour window by text. When he arrives he always asks if we are having any problems and then he gets the work done. Perfect!!

I found Custom Pest through Google and instantly called them for my ant issues. Pablo and Johnathan were professional, informative and very efficient in solving why I had ants in my upstairs bathroom. Best part, they're local!! They're both from Phoenix and really understand what has to be done to control desert pests. Thanks Custom Pest!! I will be sticking with this pest control company for years to come.

This company is the best!!! I had a major bed bug problem and they helped me get rid of them all! I will for sure use them in the future with any other pest problems. Thank you ON POINT!!!

I used Green Mango for a very long time and was constantly calling them back out to re-treat in between scheduled services. Since I have been with Happy Bees, I have had nothing but a positive experience with results delivered as promised. What a great Company this is! They are pollinator friendly, which I love (so do the butterflies that visit my flowers) and they know there stuff. Stephanie is always willing to share her knowledge and give advice. I am a customer for life!

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.

We have used them at three different houses for both bugs and rodents and have been satisfied each time. Very professional service and knowledgeable technicians. The tech was excellent and extremely thoughtful, making sure to not track mud inside the house.

The customer service via phone with pest service representative - specifically speaking with Marcus - was superb. He answered my questions right away, helped my scheduling issues, and was very friendly and kind. Kudos!

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
