I completely trust Urban Desert for all of my pest control needs. I used them when I lived down in Laveen with family and Jeremy was excellent. When I moved to central Phoenix I decided to continue using them and I am thrilled with their service. They are on time and professional. Every time a problem creeps up they take care of it. They even go above and beyond on several occasions and this sets them apart.

I can’t say enough good things about Insectek. In my experience, they are the gold standard when it comes to being on time and professional. None of that 12pm to 5pm “service window” that we all dislike. They provide you with a service time and actually show up at the exact time of your appointment. They also call if they are going to be early to see if that works for you. The technicians are always polite, efficient, and will take care of any pest issues. We have been customers for years and recommend them to our friends often. I wish more companies would follow their lead. Great company and great service.

When Svc man is told three times I feel my home has fleas and he states “you do not have flea”! Then after the 1st spraying I call to inform him the new dog I adopted woke up covered in fleas...I describe this to him....and he agrees my home has fleas and is ready to set up an additional visit BUT it will cost me $250! Required no no visit to inspect...just pay me I’ll send my guy over there, verifies he knew what he was doing to milk another $250 out of me, a retiree with a set budget, he has no SHAME & terrible employee representing ARROW EXTERMINATING.

Stuart and his team handled our “not so pleasant” situation beyond our expectations! We had tenants in our property in Scottsdale and we could not have managed our tenants without their help. Stuart and Art treated them (and us) with the upmost respect during a horrible time. They went above and beyond to calm the nerves of our tenants and treated our home like their own. They educated us through the entire process and kept us informed during the two month process it took to eliminate the infestation. Every time we texted, called or emailed they responded timely and never wavered from treating us like a new customer.

I used Green Mango for a very long time and was constantly calling them back out to re-treat in between scheduled services. Since I have been with Happy Bees, I have had nothing but a positive experience with results delivered as promised. What a great Company this is! They are pollinator friendly, which I love (so do the butterflies that visit my flowers) and they know there stuff. Stephanie is always willing to share her knowledge and give advice. I am a customer for life!

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. They totally saved my home from a termite infestation. I had no idea that I had termites until I saw a few flying around my house. I called Total Termite & Pest Control, and they came to my house the same day to do a termite inspection. They found the source of the problem and got to work treating my home. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and he explained the whole process to me. I felt confident in their abilities, and they did not disappoint. Albert Ebanks arrived on time & did a great job. He went above & beyond by immediately sending us pictures and calling us to discuss the source of our ant infestation & the particular work he did to control them.
Tyler Norris worked long and hard, doing an excellent job, for our 1st termite control service. He was timely and professional. He had to drill, dig, apply the product and clean up to boot - he deserves high praise!

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
