Brad and team were great to work with. He sent text messages every night letting me know when he would arrive the next morning. On time and professional for the duration of the bathroom remodel. Their work looks fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend.

My wife and I hired rebath or five day kitchens and bath a few years ago. While some of the work was satisfactory, we have had many issues which have risen since the job was done. We would not hire this company for any work whatsoever...they get in and get out and want to be paid! Just beware of the hack job that you may see. There is much shoddy and sloppy work!

Professional service. Most importantly, when a part of the job didn’t meet expectations customer service was impeccable and fixed the issue. Pricing is high. Removing a star for this.

ATR was fantastic putting together some complicated furniture and hanging a couple of heavy rugs that required exact measurements and anchors. Before they left, I made sure to engage them for other handyman tasks, and now that I've found someone completely reliable, I'm planning a few major projects that I will use them for, as well. It says a lot about a company when they follow through with everything they said they would do. It might seem like a givin but working with so many builders over the years you learn its not. And when you work with people like Ellen you learn to appreciate it. Hope to work with her again on the next one.

I recently had water damage in my home; needed drywalls replaced & texture. I contacted Aria Builders and sent pictures. Although they were very confident that they could match the texture; I wasn’t convinced due to previous bad texture jobs. Once they came out and did the repairs, I am amazed & very pleased! I cannot tell the difference from the original texture. They were very professional, polite prompt & caring.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

We hired Image Home Improvement and Steve Deubel to complete a renovation on our home in Paradise Valley. He completely destroyed the home and after failing plumbing, electrical, HVAC and basic framing inspections with the Town of Paradise Valley, he abandoned the job and left with all our money. We filed complaints with the Registry of Contractors but have little hope of ever seeing a cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars we paid. Our home is in complete shambles, unlivable and will take months and a lot of money to repair.
