Straightline did a great job with our yard! We really like the end result. We provided general ideas and Holly was able to make it all come together. They were very flexible with small changes as they were working and always left the job site and street cleaned up! I would definitely recommend them.

We have been in the Valley since 1999 and Team Century West started out with a bang.

It was almost like our property was their property. Trust us that they addressed nooks around the home where others either glossed over or never addressed.

Hoping this will continue as due to C-19, we witnessed their efforts. They even raked, although like most, the Crew rely on far too much use of their gas blowers.

That said, Century West & Team Ivan are a welcome change to what most of us have become accustomed to with these fly by the seat companies.

We chose Scottsdale Landscaping based on the excellent reviews they received and we were not at all disappointed. They did a great job. Their garden design team met with us and discussed at length what we wanted, then came back soon with a plan that encompassed all that we asked for the type of plants.

Very clean and tidy not only at the end but every day after they have finished. I was updated every day about their arrival time and what progress has been made. Overall 100% Satisfaction. Highly recommend and I have already asked him for another project.

The yard looked like a park. Everyone says it's great. My family is happy with it. My heart is filled with happiness. I recommend everyone.

We hired Desert Garden Lawn Care to do monthly service for our property. David always reaches out a day or so in advance to let us know he's coming. They show up when they say they are going to and do a FANTASTIC job. Our yard looks so tidy and clean after!! We are so glad we found them. If you are looking for a reliable yard service, give them a call!

I recently moved to the Phoenix area and needed to have my back yard landscaped. Our builder let me know Gothic Landscaping had done the landscaping in the front yards for the new homes in my neighborhood. I thought I would get an estimate from them, since it might be easier to have the original landscaper do the back so the design would be consistent. I submitted an online request to have someone contact me. A week later I received a phone call from one of their design team. When I explained what I was considering for the design she asked me if I was having other estimates done, and I told her I was. She then asked me to give her the dimensions of the various projects that I had received from the other landscaping companies because it would save them a trip out. That was the first clue that there was something wrong with this company.

When I deflected her attempts to get me to give her the exact dimensions, she then told me, We aren't the cheapest company on the block, and if you're getting estimates from other companies, it's unlikely we can match their prices. I explained that I was getting estimates from several companies and would be choosing based not only on price but on overall customer service and willingness to work with me. Several times again she told me that their company was very expensive, and from her tone I got the distinct impression she didn't think I could afford them, which is clearly not the case. At this point I had reached my saturation point with her pretentious and elitist attitude, and told her that the problem wasn't that I couldn't afford their services, but the problem was clearly her erroneous assumption that I did not have the financial ability to pay for a landscape designer, and that her attitude had just cost them a very lucrative job.

If this is the sort of person Gothic Landscaping has selling their services, they may want to rethink how they do business. Salespeople assuming potential clients can't afford their services is a very costly mistake that I've seen happen time and time again. Also, insisting that the potential client pass along information they have received in estimates from other companies to save Gothic Landscaping employees a trip out there is about as lazy as it gets. If the company is seriously interested in attracting new clients, having a design specialist go to the property and meet with the owner to discuss design options is one of the most basic of services they should offer. I would avoid this company at all costs.

This is the best company I have ever worked for by far. Tim, Lara and Julie are very passionate with there skills and care about the employees and the quality of work. Thank you all for everything.
