Anthony Mata was our technician, and he was awesome, arrived in a timely manner, worked hard for 30 minutes with a difficult home warranty company, before he could even get started, then came up with a great creative solution. When he was finished with the repairs, he cleaned up the mess and debris REALLY well! Definitely will use them again and refer to others!

I used Promise Heating and Air and both Jesus and Moises did an excellent job installing my A/C unit. They were very professional and explained to me everything very well that whats going on with my AC. They also made it to my house right away. I called Sun Devil because our house never got below 81 degrees on hot days, and was often warmer than that. Gerardo came out the same day, discovered that our air conditioner was too small for the space and the air handler was smaller still. He gave us a great deal on a new a/c and handler, and within 24 hours his crew were there to install it. Alex and Roy were so polite and they did an amazing job installing and cleaning up. Before they even left, the house was cooler than it's ever been and I felt air moving in places where the old unit never reached. It was exactly as Gerardo said it would be, and I'm so thankful I found them!

Just Air, LLC is trustworthy, experienced, and on time.

I had an issue with my AC, and I called Just Air. A nice guy by the name of James M. answered my call, and helped me make an appointment. It was 108* today, so having someone nearby is helpful. My situation was VERY lucky as he was nearby and could assist me and my fiance. He was at our house in ~10 mins. Again, this is situational, as I called at the right time, and he had some time to meet us.

When James arrived, he had a card in hand (as this was his first visit to our house). He introduced himself, was extremely professional, wore shoe protectors in the house, listened intently to our issue, took an assessment, and took our systems symptoms into consideration.

He found the issue quickly, and was honest with us. No beating around the bush, and had our issue resolved in a very timely manner.

Better than the bigger names in town as Just Air does not have to up-sell or meet quotas. Just Air is a honest company, and WILL be calling them from here on out.

I would recommend to family members and friends.

Great experience with TemperaturePro. They arranged a time to come by that worked with our schedule, and confirmed the arrival time earlier in the day. Showed up on time, took pictures of the issue and explained what had happened, fixed the issue so it wouldn't happen again, and made an effort to leave the area very clean, as well. Very professional.

I'm not one to write reviews but i've made an exeption for Alien Air due to the extremely positive interactions I've had with them. I originally contacted them for an energy audit and had the owner, Chris, come out. Not once did he try and upsell me on something I didn't need. After having several companies come out for a general AC install/repair estimate, Chris was the only one who didn't turn that into a sales pitch.

I ended up having Alien install a new unit and add insulation to my home to take advantage of the SRP rebates program. Chris was honest, direct, on time and always answered any questions I had. One month into having the work completed I've noticed a cooler home, less run time on my unit and a reduction in my electricity bill compared to last year. I will definitely use Alien air moving forward for my AC needs.

The Lincoln Air representative was very friendly and professional while quoting us for a HVAC replacement.

Aaron arrived as scheduled and explained what he was going to do. He took the time to show us parts that were damaged and let us know up front what the cost would be. He left it clean and in great shape. Will use Ace home services again. Thank you.
