I was very pleased with the services provided! Cody arrived in a timely fashion after I received a text notification he would be here within the hour, which was amazing with two dogs and a newborn to plan around. He was extremely friendly and efficient and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

AC quit working this am. Called for service around 9:45am and Charlie was at my house around 12:30pm.

David is a real pro. He checked the basics and then continued to dig deeper to ensure any needed upgrades were necessary or not...he confirmed we were all set with what we had. He didn't try to hard sell me. Great experience!

I got a referral from one of my friends to do my maintenance for my old AC to make sure it’s ready for the summer and they recommended Amer K he came in and he was very professional and informative. Amer showed us a video of some repairs that needed to be done which it was not surprising due to our age of unit . We will forsure call hobaica in the future. He was very nice as well, we really liked him and we will always recommend Amer service.

Great Experience with Cody and Nixa. I was able to get on their schedule quickly, and they even came early.

We had Abel out to look at our drains that we’re making gurgling noise. Abel was awesome! He also did a plumbing inspection and explained We had Goettl
out again today to look at our water heater.

Mark and Nikki were very good and explained everything we could do. how things worked. He was very thorough and we will be calling Goettl for all our plumbing needs.

1st Choice should have been my first choice, but started w/the company that installed unit less than 1 yr. ago when I got up this A.M. to a 77 degree house. After 5 “no can do’s till tomorrow, 1st Choice came to the rescue! Tori, who took call was very friendly, & James was also. He was very thorough, found the problem, gave us the price, and got it up & running. He explained everything & took pictures of the Freon leaking out of hole in pipe. Definitely service w/a friendly attitude. Makes the pricey tab less painful. The service call was less than what everyone else was charging & was credited to final tab. Definitely recommend!

I reached out to A & M Mechanical last night as we discovered we had no cold air blowing out and our house was up to 85. We received an immediate response that they would change their schedule around and get out to us first thing between 8-9am which they did. Also best to turn off if not working which we did. By 10 am our home was cooling down and comfortable again. We were told it was an easy fix right away and obviously it was. What a pleasure it is to work with a company that is not only knowledgeable but customer service oriented and caring about their customers. We all know that is rare these days! A big thank-you to A &M Mechanical for their exceptional service and very much deserves the rating of 5 stars. Sun Devil is an awesome company. They are super fast to respond and have more than fair pricing. Just used them to replace 2-5 ton units and they were in and out in no time.

Family Owned. Smaller office - friendly voices. The techs are paid by the hour not commissions - that helped knowing I wasn't being recommended unnecessary repairs. Me and a few of my neighbors have signed up for their yearly service agreement. Great folks!

Had cactus mechanical replace my complete HVAC system when the A/C failed about 1.5 years ago. Was pleased with the knowledgeable employees from the person who assessed my house to the installers of all the components. The person who assessed my house actually found out that my A/C units tonnage was wrong for the size house I own.

Fast forward to the current date, while in my attic I noticed a hose that was not correctly installed when it was replaced. I called Cactus Mechanical and they came out the next day. They noticed the same discrepancy from the install and fixed the problem with no charge. Now I know what you may be thinking. They should've definitely, with no question, fix the problem with no charge; I thought that as well. But the fact that it was 1.5 years after the install could've gave an unfair company enough reason to not fix the problem free of charge. The fact that they did makes them good in my book.

Very disappointed, we purchased a $1700.00 Raheem marathon fiberglass hot water heater when company was Benjamin Franklin plumbing in 2013. When we purchased we paid for a 10 year parts and labor service contract. Included in this service contract they come out once a year to drain and inspect. Was real happy with company until bought out by Day and Night. Called today to set up yearly appointment and was told that I had no contract with them and they would not honor what I paid for, but if I wanted to pay for a service call they could take care of. Beware if you do business with this company as they don’t honor purchases from previous owners. Pretty sad to think that’s how they take care of loyal customers. If lady who answered phone looked at our history she would of seen that 2019 we also paid $800 for anti siphon valve to be installed. Well Day an Night I’m sorry to say you lost another customer and I’ll make sure everyone I know is aware of how you take care of customers. Sorry but how you made me feel today your service isn’t even worth 1 star.

My A/C broke and it needed to be replaced I called King mechanical the owner came to my house in 30 minutes he gave me an amazing deal on a new A/C unit. The installers came in record time and installed the new A/C unit. This is a wonderful company I am extremely satisfied with there work. Friendly professional and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this company.

From meeting the owners (Steve and Maureen) to getting a bid from Mike to the installation of our new unit the service was 5 stars. The techs ( Mario and Juan) were on time did the installation. They were knowledge and answered all my questions. When they finished they made sure everything cleaned up. They came back a week after installation to inspect and make sure the system was working properly. It as great working with everyone. I highly recommend TemperaturePro for any service they provide from new equipment to basic repair and service. They are now my go to A/C vendor now.

Dave was a really great tech! He was very good at explaining everything and came up with an idea for a heat deflector that was a great solution to our A/C problem.
