We called Penguin air as they were a referral from our realtor. The service call was handled in a professional manner. However the extremely high mark up on items replaced like the capacitor that was replaced and cost $300 from Penguin and about $15 on the web and the fuse that was replaced which cost $200 from Penguin and about $11 online I was otherwise fine with having been gouged. However the initial greed was not enough for them and they somehow decided that I had signed up for further ongoing gouging with a $40 / month recurring charge. I called them 2 times to ask them to cancel this service which I did not knowingly sign up for and after the 2nd charge on my credit card decided I was done asking them to do the right thing. I will not be using their services again due to their questionable business tactics, lack of ability to do what they said they would do and tremendously high mark up prices.

I used Fixer recently to make repairs related to a home sale. The technician was on time, asked questions to clearly understand the day’s objectives and used his time wisely. His work was excellent and I’ll definitely use Fixer in the future.

I had a water leak in my front yard. It was where the water meter connected to the pipe leading into the house. I called Parker and sons and had an appointment for the following day. My technician arrived on time. His name was Garrod Randall and he was fantastic. The repair was not inexpensive however it was fixed in a timely fashion. Thanks Parker and sons.

I highly recommend Scott's for your plumbing needs. Scott came out and diagnosed my issues, and then my man Jose came out, a day earlier than scheduled due to an open time slot, and capably executed the repairs, including putting on new seats for each of my three bowls. Much appreciated, Guys!

This company originally did our electrical for our new home. Electrical has not worked correctly since 2019. Breaker pops constantly cant use major appliances at the same time while lights on. Can't even use an iron without lights dimming. Had them come out they say everything is fine. Called them again and won't even step foot in our home without service fee payment. We didn't even have a conversation about what the problem was with the technician who showed up. First thing was out of his mouth was pay us. This company is trash and obviously doesn't wire or set up electrical properly.
