I highly recommend HHS. They moved my plumbing from under my foundation to the attic due to a big leak. They were very thorough , their work was very tidy and clean. They went over everything thing with me to ensure that I understood what they were doing. ALL of the guys that were in my home were very respectful, polite and professional. They now have a customer for life.

We are so thankful for the professional and highly ethical services and care we received from our technician, Kieth Herzog at Mr. Rooter. Our hot water heater was ready to go....Kieth came out to perform the inspection and he was very courteous and patient explaining in detail what was needed to get the job done right. We live in an older home we had purchased from an investor that had been a long time rental and we were not aware of the substandard and potentially dangerous situation we had been living with until Mr. Herzog came and performed a thorough inspection. Our job wasn't a simple matter of replacing the water heater, there were a few other things that needed to be done to have the new unit properly installed. Sadly, the job was sorely out of our budget, so Kieth Herzog bent over backwards working for us for every possible discount off the original estimate that he could so we could better afford Mr. Rooter's expert services and he succeeded! If not for Kieth's above and beyond efforts, we would not have been able to enjoy the peace of mind we now have. We very highly recommend Kieth Herzog and Mr. Rooter Plumbing!
