Out technician (Karl) went over and above to Maintain our AC system. He took the time to explain how each component of our system worked and made excellent preventative maintenance recommendations. Awesome company! We originally hired Promise Heating and Air when we were remodeling our home and needed to replace our complete duct system. The team was very professional and punctual, one of the best companies we used for our remodel. After our great experience we signed up for their ongoing maintenance plan and have been very happy with the high level of service we have received. All of their employees are very nice and presentable and when entering our home the technicians wear shoe coverings to avoid making a mess, Overall awesome service - 5 stars!

I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! Everyone at AZ Perfect Comfort, from the first phone call to installation, was customer service oriented, responsive and professional. We signed up for the annual maintenance membership and purchased a new AC/Heating Unit which was installed on time and with no hassle. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort!

I'm not one to write reviews but i've made an exeption for Alien Air due to the extremely positive interactions I've had with them. I originally contacted them for an energy audit and had the owner, Chris, come out. Not once did he try and upsell me on something I didn't need. After having several companies come out for a general AC install/repair estimate, Chris was the only one who didn't turn that into a sales pitch.

I ended up having Alien install a new unit and add insulation to my home to take advantage of the SRP rebates program. Chris was honest, direct, on time and always answered any questions I had. One month into having the work completed I've noticed a cooler home, less run time on my unit and a reduction in my electricity bill compared to last year. I will definitely use Alien air moving forward for my AC needs.

Our technician was excellent. He arrived on time and performed the work completely. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The job was to disconnect the gas stove, so it seemed a bit pricey, but we were satisfied with his work timely and professional work.
