First off we are renters and have no idea about the value. That being said, we had a 7-9am window and Sam arrived promptly just after 7am. We also received a call from the office confirming thst Sam was on his way. He came to do an AC tune up. He was very polite, professional, and took about two hours to complete the call. He was very thorough. The unit is very old and he could have easily said it needed repair and we wouldn't have been the wiser. He cleaned up after himself and I appreciated the fact the he locked my gate when he left as I hobble with a cane. Good experience from the beginning, would definitely suggest to the landlord to keep using them and recommend to neighbors.

To say I'm an extremely difficult customer would be an understatement. Regardless, I expect perfection 10 times out of 10 - even though I know that is close to impossible. HOWEVER, when it comes to Gabe and his team, we're pretty darn close. They've installed new, they service my units twice a year, they've diagnosed, repaired, offered solutions to fixing problems rather than immediately reverting to spending additional monies, all while being first-rate in the field. I have recommended them to many, and I don't know of one new customer who isn't happy with them! That says a lot. Gabe has built his company on honesty, reliability, integrity, professionalism and respect. You can't ask for much more than that!!

Steve W. came out last year (2022) in June to help fix a leak on our faucet in our guest bathroom. He was very kind and worked hard to find the problem. We were grateful. He recalled our issue from last year and got to work. Within just a few minutes, he found the issue with no problem. I’ve had my eye on a Mitsubishi Mini Split for a long time. I wanted one not only as a backup ac unit for our house, but really for our master bedroom which never seems to cool during the summer months. I contacted Lincoln Air who is an authorized Mitsubishi dealer and Dillon came out to our house (wearing a mask, thank you Dillon!!) to give us an estimate. He told us where the best placement would be and what to expect on the day of installation. The crew is all pro, there were no issues with the installation process. It has been two months now and the Mitsubishi Mini Split is a fantastic investment, and we finally have a cool master bedroom. Thanks again!!
