I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.
It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.
Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.
The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.
Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Used this company 4 times in the last 2 years. Very responsive, professional. Everybody seems to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They kept me updated on every single step. No surprises. Rita and Butch are amazing. You may find other companies working for a few $ less, but if you really want your problem solved without headaches - I warmly recommend PV Septic Services. Mauro

Thank you for your reply.
In my review, I acknowledged the company and who you were trained by, not who you are in a relationship with...But yes, keep it professional. Your frustration from the truth of my review, is understandable, considering the facts. If I didn't know your company and read your response to my comment, I already wouldn't trust you or your judgment. Character is everything Jake. Good luck.
Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

All I would like to say is that we scheduled an appointment on Monday, July, 18th under phone number ending in 9705. The only reason why we scheduled is because you guys have a deal online for $69.00 which if im not mistaken was supposed to include a camera inspection, and clearing from the drain. Well that didn't happen at all. After 2 hours of waiting the plumber arrived and inspected' the bathroom where there was leakage. The price immediately went from $69.00 - $600 when we asked about the special' that you guys had he's attitude completely changed almost brushing us off and or trying to avoid the question all he said was that camera inspection wasn't included nor running the snake so im a little bit confused with the whole situation and so call deal that you guys offered. And take in consideration that when booking the appointment i asked about the deal and told the same thing.

We decided to contact SepticFlo after getting the cold shoulder from several other companies in the same area. SepticFlo works with some amazing service providers and the company they sent was able to get our repair scheduled and completed quickly.
We would recommend SepticFlo because instead of dealing with the schedule and a ailability of a single local company, they were able to go to work on our behalf and actually get one of their certified service providers to take care of our drain cleaning.
Thanks SepticFlo !

They were supposed to come out Friday between 2:00 and 4:00 not even a phone call had to call them no clue, said that they will come in the morning between 10:00 and 10:30. We shall see I will write another review. Bad communications. It was a no-show, To extend on my other review writing, 4 days later they contacted me from Friday to now Tuesday they really have the worst communication skills I've ever come across and their equipment doesn't seem to work. You cannot rely on them to do what they say!

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.
Thank you Septic Medic!

Thank you, called for an appointment and they scheduled me that afternoon. It took one hour to complete their pump service. The service technician was extremely knowledgeable about his job. He took the time to explain a septic system to us. He also provided me with consumer tips to maintain and extend the life of my system. Total cost to pump a 1,000 gallon tank was $335. They took all methods of payment. I would use them again.

I purchased a new gas stove only to learn there was no shut off valve on our gas line. Was told to call a plumber. I called Bumblebee to give me a quote. Plumber showed up and told me that the gas pipe was in the wrong spot. He’d need to cut into our wall move the gas line to the other side, put in a shut off valve and install the stove to be flush with the wall. Quote was $1700!! I got another quote the next day from A Better Choice Plumbing. Explained the situation and they got it installed without moving the line for $225. All it took was better evaluation and some common sense. I guess I made the better choice.Edit: I guess I wasn’t clear enough. Bumblebee quoted me 3 different scenarios with doing the bare minimum for $335. (Just adding a shut off valve.) The other company accomplished what their $1619 quote was- for $225. Just throwing that out there. Didn’t feel like Bumblebee took much time to see the real picture. The gas line did not need to be moved at all. Bumblebee was quick to make it complicated and expensive. Having a second opinion was well worth it… our gas line got a shut valve, stove was installed and sits flush with the wall for less hassle and well over $1k cheaper.

Amazing people and amazing service. Our shower knob broke over the weekend inside our only bathroom. I called another plumbing service and had the same plumber come twice who told he was unable to shut off the water because my valve was corroded. He told me if I wanted to fix my shower I needed to fix that and shut off the water for the entire building. It was Tuesday already by this point. Appointment fees and time was wasted by now.We decided to get a second opinion. We called Mr. Rooter. They told us there was no fee to come out to our apartment and check out the problem. Egzon was at our door in about and hour. We showed the problem to him. Showed him the valves and he told us we were being asked to repair a valve that was NOT the main shut off valve. The shut off valve was completely fine this entire time! I have had called my property manager to ask for a building water shut off and bother others for no reason.Egzon got right away to work. He gave us estimates for our shower, for the valve if we wanted to replace anyways and another job I've been wanting to do but never got to it. All of it for way less than the original estimate the other guy gave me just for the knob (not to replace the entire shower faucet like Egzon did) and valve. He fixed our shower in less than an hour and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.Lesson learned. I won't be calling anyone else for any of my plumbing needs! Mr. Rooter and Egzon are the best in the area.
