Never used however on 12-16-2021 a received call from Ella trying to schedule an appointment claiming they were raising money for some charity. Tried to explain to her I was on National Do Not Call List and she kept telling me I was rude over and over again. If I tell you I am on that list simply hang up however, to appease her I told her to come on out to service the following day. She continued to call me back asking for more information even after I told her I was on that list and I also told her I was at work and didn't have the time to answer a ton of questions. I finally had to block both numbers she was calling from so she would finally stop calling me. She is in the service industry (or a scam) and this is how she gets new customers by being rude. Hopefully, her calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes so the owner can listen. I would NEVER use a company that treats people like that and they really need to verify that Do Not Call List before they cold call people as the company can face hefty fines under the FTC guidelines. If I receive another call from that company I will turn the company over to the FTC as I am sure I am not the only person Ella is calling claiming to be raising money.

Matthew was great,he was on time he took pictures of everything and explained everything that was needed he fixed our unit in record time and I would definitely use this company again and request him. 12/13 Brett and David, did a great job with all of our plumbing needs. Answered all of our questions and did great work.

Initially they came out when I called and asked for a diagnostic done on a unit that wasn’t working. Jimmy came out made a quick assessment went through the options with me in regards to replacement of broken part or replacement of entire unit very transparent with all costs. There was absolutely no pressure my wife and I decided to replace the unit and two days later we’re sitting in an icebox. This company is a real deal I would recommend them to anybody who needs service or a replacement done on the air-conditioning. The install team was timely and very thorough with all aspects of installation and coordination of crane timing, and removal of old unit. Hats off
you guys are first class !

We have been using Day & Night for about 6 years for our plumbing issues and maintenance. The company is run well and they do excellent work.I would like to take this opportunity to give praise to your plumber Matthew Byrd. Matthew just did our annual maintenance inspection and he also installed a new toilet. Matthew is the BEST! He takes pride in his work(which is impeccable), respects your home and the bottom line is that he is an excellent and well trained plumber.

Thank you guys for restoring my AC in about 1 hour after I called! James came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and in no time our air was working again! It was a little expensive but in your defense I am cheap! Looking at the money you saved us renting a room, I guess we did alright. Very fast and efficient service. Came out the next day after I called to get my AC checked for noise and check my heating unit for winter. Came earlier than the time slot. Technician very friendly and knew what he was doing. Was very clear in explaining everything that he did. Highly recommended

Use Lee Collins for a house warranty repair. My Nest thermostat wasn’t working so they replaced it with a traditional unit and I got my AC back. Very appreciative of the timely service, esp when it’s getting into the 100s!

A very professional serviceman replaced filters and checked all of our water filtration, reverse osmosis and softener systems. He was very knowledgeable and taught us about the operation of our systems. I highly recommend them.

Today I have technician Craig Gusse check my Ac unit I was so amaze how professional and quick did the diagnostics I told him I will be calling back when my ac unit need replace he told me an honest answer. I just cant believe some other ac company wants to change my unit but Craig was honest that my unit is working still no need replacement Im so happy I called Preferred air all the reviews I read about this company was real Im extremely satisfied. I myself works for customer service If your honest to your customer they will spread words to the rest about you and your company so It made me feel happy that I do the same when I dealt with customer.I lm definitely keeping this ac company and spread word how good Preferred Air company is to other customer I meet.Keep up the good job Craig thank you so much for being honest.

Fantastic, exceptional and professional service! I called around an hour ago and was greeted by a very kind and courteous customer service representative who told me a service technician would be calling within 15 min to setup a visit and the charge would be $69 whether there is anything wrong or not. The service technician Shane called me within 5 min and followed up with courteous informational calls to ensure that I knew I could utilize my home warranty to reimburse me.

Shane the service tech showed up within the hour to promptly check the usual things, the thermostat, the air filter and then he went up on the roof. He proceeded to drain the unit and clean the coils, performing the regular maintenance to the air conditioning unit. After a thorough inspection and fine tuning, he said that my air compressor shut off due to overheating. He proceeded to recheck his work and thereupon go check my split unit in the garage which has the air filter to see if there were any points that would cause it to overheat.

He replied that he has seen this before, but if it happens again to call them and he would surmise that it would be the compressor that's the culprit. I asked him what regular maintenance intervals does he recommend and he said they usually come out and check the unit in the Spring, just before the Summer, and in the Fall, just before the Winter. But for my Split System, he'd only recommend once a year due to the unit on the roof not operating at all during the Winter. Oh and it only cost me $89 for all that he did!! :D

The whole experience was a delight considering the uncomfortable prospects and I will definitely use them for regular maintenance, highly recommended them to friends, family and coworkers!

Responded within 3 hours to my home and worked on the system to make it operational and then ordered the necessary parts to correct the problem permanently. I was made to feel like I was really important and not like that they were somehow just doing me a favor. Thanks to the whole Adams Family!

From Gerald to the installation team, all did what they said they where going to do. They showed up on time, little if any mess, finished the job promptly and Gerald double check the work. As former contractor I do not recommend many, but these guys I do, because they earned it.

These guys are great. I had a few other ac companies look at my unit & they had told me the unit needed replacing. I called mountain air & they came over & figured out the problem in 10 mins and replaced a starter kit & a capacitor. A few hours later my ac unit was working again. They literally saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you mountain air!!!!

Nobody can beat B3! I needed to replace my 20+ yo HVAC system.
After really long extensive research of local contractors I've decided to
work with B3. It was great decision. I've received best quote on 4 ton Trane from Zeke and the next day crew of 2(Ramon and Jaime) showed up at 7am to install the unit. 3 hours later!!! project was complete. Zeke checked the whole system and everything worked like a Swiss watch. I'm so glad I went with B3 and therefore highly recommend them! Also I'd like to give a shout-out to Katie for great communication and expediting the whole project.
