I rarely write reviews, however, my experience with Penguin Air was actually good despite having to wait awhile before they sent a technician out. It is another AZ summer so I'm sure these guys are slammed. The main reason I'm writing this review is because of their technician, Ralph. He was absolutely outstanding! Our A/C wasn't working, it went out some time in the evening and when we woke up the following morning it was hot and getting hotter fast. I called Penguin, the dispatchers were patient and understanding over the phone. When their technician Ralph arrived we were relieved and impressed with his knowledge of older A/C units. He knew right away what was wrong (a bad capacitor & a compressor fan that was shot), how to fix it, fixed it fast (took about an hour), and was professional, friendly and most importantly, honest! Ralph never tried selling/upselling us anything we didn't absolutely need, he simply did the repairs and literally made our day! Arizona needs more technicians like Ralph, especially during the hot AZ summers...Penguin needs to give him a bonus or a raise to compensate him for his level of expertise and professionalism!! Thank you Ralph!

Service was done by Amer and Travis, they replaced a single outlet to a double outlet in my laundry room, the techs were very quick and thorough on the install and adjusted the original quoted price of work to a lower price, which was great and let me use a discount coupon offered by Hobaica Services. Also Amer went over other things that I am looking to have fix and will be sending a quote. very pleased with both Amer and Travis.

Needed emergency service on a 105 degree holiday weekend. Ivan came faster than expected, diagnosed the problem and clearly explained. He was able to fix within an hour. Very professional, fantastic service! I would recommend Desert Diamond Mechanical for sure!

Rick came out the same day in 115• heat and got our AC back up and running- followed up to check on us to make sure we were good for the night. He went way over and above my highest expectations! Have set him up in my calendar to do all yearly maintenance. Truly an exceptional technician and person!

Service technician, Mike S. was very knowledgeable and provided updates and answered questions while he was troubleshooting the wiring to our unit and thermostat. He provided a very thorough and comprehensive report on the condition of our unit, and although not planned, we decided to stop making temporary repairs to our 1999 Goettl unit. We purchased a new unit and they were able to install same day. Amazing!

I called several places to come and check my A/C. This company was professional on the phone and they got a technician to come quickly. I have an Airbnb with guests staying there. It was important to get it fixed quickly. Adam came out and was great. It turned out it was a simple fix. He could have found something much more expensive that was wrong but he was honest and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I will definitely call Adam again to fix our other properties when we need an A/C repaired.

Frank came out to do a yearly maintenance. He is very professional, friendly and prompt. I had to replace my units four years ago and used Sundevil based off of a recommendation. I am so glad I chose Sundevil. They have been nothing but delightful to work with.

Called for AC unit not cooling. They came out quickly and right when I requested. Excellent work, at a VERY reasonable and fair price. Jorge Gutierrez is awesome. Thanks for the quick work and getting us up she running again!!

Next day service Good

Awesome overall experience. Even though I came to them with the intention of purchasing a new unit, they insisted on having one of their techs verify that there was nothing more that could be done to repair my current unit. Once that was confirmed, they used a consultative approach to selling me a new unit. Very detailed and thorough communication, and set realistic (even though not ideal due to supply/demand issues) timeline expectations. Highly recommend.

The technician called ahead and gave a time of arrival, was very courteous, clearly explained our options, are provided an accurate estimate of the possible costs that might be incurred. The service was quick and efficient, and there was no mess inside or outside the house. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will use them again!

My Ac had a major leak in it, the air coming out of it felt hot and would not run fast, I made a phone call to about 6 places when I came across king mechanical, Frank scheduled me an appointment within the next few hours. The job was done with the finest materials! I can for sure say that king mechanical has yet now another satisfied costumer!!

Sam and his team of installers did a great job of installing my new AC unit at a competitive price. I highly recommend them.
