Best Heating System Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Jose' Aguilar was the technician who was sent to our home to drain our septic tank. It overflowed over the Christmas holiday. When he got her he discovered more problems and quoted us a very fair price to fix everything. It rained all 3 days it took to fix the problem and drain the tank but that didn't stop him. He wanted to make sure that me and my disabled son wouldn't be stuck nor being able to use our showers, toilet, etc., any longer than necessary. He is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. He really cared about us and did an amazing job. He really was my hero! What an asset to to your company! I will refer Hero Home Services to anyone who asks and it's all because of Juan. Main Sewer Line Blockage
I rarely write reviews & when I do, it is usually negative ones. However, this time is the opposite. I called four plumbers and got different answers for our emergency. When I called Reddi Services, I did not feel like I would be taken advantage of. The representative that answered my call was familiar with the problem & placed my mind at ease.

The technician, Pepe Munoz was prompt, very knowledgeable & solved the problem quickly. He was very professional & explained the problem.

Second time I have used Mr. Rooter in 2 years and they are reliable, always on time or early and never an 8 hour window to help. They always get there within two hours. Luis was so great and very pleasant. He gave me several options to make sure I don't have another problem. I will not use another plumber. I highly recommend this company.
