We need our valve replaced under our sink in order for HomeDepot to install our new dishwasher (they refused to install until this was replaced). We called Plumbers of Maricopa and they responded right away. Not only did they fix our valve, they installed our new dishwasher! Very nice employees and great service. Dominic was professional and timely from the very start. Upon arrival, he was tasked with fixing a disposal issue. He assessed the issue quickly and also advised there was an issue with the other side of the sink. He worked quickly and provided clear education on the issue and how to proactively use my new disposal to avoid this problem from reoccurring. Unlike my previous plumbing experiences, he was informative and thorough in repairing the issue. We really appreciated his service and honesty! Would recommend 100000%.

Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

We had a leaking drain pipe inside the block wall behind the kitchen sink. The repair involved hammering out the block, cutting the sink drain line, vent pipe, and main drain line and repairing with a new fitting and cleanout. Paul did a great job and was very careful while hammering out the block and cutting the existing pipes.

Gene and Phillip of the Plumbing Department were 2 pleasant hard working young gentlemen. They introduced themselves - Gene is the trainer and Phillip the trainee. They worked well together and kept me well informed as to what was being done and why it was done. Both men have very positive attitude and work at their best. We were able to have some small chats which kept smiles on our faces. I highly recommend both Gene and Phillip.

If a 10 star review was possible that is what Hay’s deserves! I called this morning to schedule our unit for a tune up. I spoke with Lindsey and was very pleased! She was very polite and efficient. They got us on the schedule for the same day and Lori called to let me know when the technician was on his way and exactly how far he was. Mark arrived to service our unit and was knowledgeable and extremely professional! He answered every question I had and took his time checking all aspects of our system to make sure we were set for the summer months! I highly recommend Hay’s!

Well organized company that cares about the work they do

I purchased 2 new AC Units at the end of March. When the summer hit in June they started blowing hot air. I called their office and they said someone would be out the next day. No one showed, I called at 11:00, 3:00, 7:00 and 9:00 and each time was told that I was on their schedule for that day. I called the next morning and was assured someone would be there then (The day after I took off work so I could be there). When he got there he say the coolant was leaking. I was told that the office would call me to have someone come out and do a leak check and fix the problem. No one called-less than a week later the units started blowing hot air again. I called to get someone out to fix the problem (that was on a Friday) they stated that their technicians could not get out till Tuesday but they could get someone out Saturday to re-charge the unit. Come Tuesday, again, no-one showed up. I got a call at 2:30 for them to inform me that they were too busy to make it to my house. Then they re-scheduled for Thursday. Then this morning, the person who came out to my house to fix my issues was there to work on the ducts. He told me he was not there to touch the units, and that is handled by a different department. I told him to call his manager and to get someone out to fix the units, because if the units are blowing hot air then it makes no sense just to fix the ducts to increase air flow to 3 vents downstairs. Then he left. In full transparency, I did speak harshly. I then called the office to speak with a service manager to get someone else out there to actually fix my units, and was told they were all in a meeting and couldn't take my call. Do yourself a favor and don't use these guys. I am not upset because the units have issues that need to be fixed, I am angry because this has been going on for 3 weeks in 115 degree heat and my issues are not important enough for someone to come out to my house to fix the leak on the system they installed.

After having three other plumbing companies come to diagnose our problem-all incorrectly, The Sunny Plumber came, correctly diagnosed our plumbing problem, helped us work through our options, and offered fantastic financing options (it was a big job). The job technician came the same day to start the work. At the beginning of each day, we were told what work would be done that day. At the end of each day, we were given a status of the work completed and the start time for the next day. A Quality Assurance employee came to the job site several times to inspect the work and make sure we were happy. Everyone we dealt with and everyone on the job site was competent, on-time, respectful, polite, and very conscious of the inconvenience of our situation. They did everything they said they would do and made sure we were happy with everything they did before we authorized payment to them. The work is warranted for 10 years so I don't think we'll need any plumbing work done for a very long time, but if we do, I will hire them again without any hesitation.

This company is exceptional! We had our main water line burst in our yard. This team worked tirelessly until they found solutions through many roadblocks. They have incredible work ethic. They are also kind and understanding. They always spoke to me and addressed me with respect. They also never once took advantage of our circumstances . They charged a very fair price for the amount of work they had to do to find and repair our line. I could not recommend them more. I will never use another company but them

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

Wonderful service and fair price. I called Scott's AZ Services after a plumber botched a job in my new home leaving me with leakes everywhere. Scott's Services did a marvelous job not only cleaning up the botched job but actually fixing my plumbing issues. They replaced all faucets and lines leading up to the faucets, replaced garbage disposal, and uncloged a toilet.

Bo has been our main link to Ace Home Services since he serviced our very outdated air conditioner last Friday in Chandler, AZ.We decided to go ahead with a new complete install due to the age and condition of our system and Bo spent a good deal of time with us to ensure we have the proper system and he even came by and cleaned out duct work and balanced our new AC to ensure we had the proper airflo.Bo stayed until the installers left to ensure the home was left as it was when they arrived. He has since followed up twice to answer any questions as has a colleague of his from the office.Great service, I strongly recommend Bo and Ace Home Services.
