Best Heating And Cooling in Phoenix AZ

My husband and I had A.P.E.S. out to a rental property to perform normal maintenance on the AC and Dryer vent. Many companies we contacted would not give us the time of day, often declining to take our business because it wasn't an emergency. A.P.E.S. was very prompt with all levels of communication and was happy to come out. Destrey and Frisco were not only knowledgable but very friendly. They did a wonderful job servicing our equipment and made sure they were neat while working. Both made sure I was educated on promotions and other products that might help the longevity of our appliances. I always appreciate when I can be walked through something with out the hard sell. This is how A.P.E.S. operates. We will definitely use them again.

Called them in for a second opinion. We've now signed up for their membership and will be getting scheduled with them to discuss financing and getting the service completed. These guys are awesome. They've been really professional, understanding, and definitely don't make us feel like their overpriced or taking advantage of us. I highly recommend them and even recommend their membership ($20 a month, on special for $10 for the rest of 2021). I've already recommended them to my mom and a friend.EDIT: Both Landon and Gian have been amazing. Shout out to them both

Hobaica is a great company. They stand by their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Grayson Vu came by today to do the QC and he was really accommodating and went the extra mile with the service. He even went above and beyond and took my recycling bin in from the street for me… little things that go a long way. Jared was also a great help throughout this whole process. He was very patient and wasn’t pushy at all, which was great. All in all I’d highly recommend Hobaica

Terrible experience for AC issues. Had my home warranty send them out as our contractors. The tech was rude and would not answer simple questions. Even answered the phone and walked away mid conversation. It was unbelievable. He came out and said ac Unit was fine but might need cleaned.A month and a half later it broke down completely. Same tech came out and had another terrible experience.So I called to try to calmly explain the frustration. The owner spoke to me and said he would handle it directly and get back to me same day. Never got a single response from him, only a response from home warranty saying I need to clean my ac before they will fix it.Avoid at all costs.

Robert was very professional and ready to answer any questions I had. I knew my unit was 12 years old and wore out. Robert was very honest about cost of repair vs.replace. I chose replace and could not be happier with replacement. The install guys were right on time and performed their job very efficiently. They went above and beyond with the cleaning on the way out of the installation.

Our Technologist from Klein Heating and cooling was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out on a Saturday, no extra weekend charge. And removed and installed a new water heater. He was kind and we appreciated his hard work. So blessed to have kind professional people who clean up after the work is done. And nice to have hot water so quickly after discovering a broken water heater. Same day! We’ve used this company for years now and only have wonderful things to say, we keep using them that says a lot these days, right? Thanks you wonderful service.

I strongly recommend Heraldo and technician Kevin. I was told by a different company that my AC system need to be replaced as it was not repairable. I called sun devils for second opinion. Kevin did the inspection and within 15 mins, identified the problem. Its the thermostat that is faulty not the AC system. At the end of the hour, we got our AC back. This happened this week when the temperature in the valley hit 118 degrees. I would reach Heraldo if i ever have issues with my HVAC in the future.
