I went through Costco who used Parker and Sons. They installed a new HVAC system in my home. All men that worked in and outside my home were very professional and informative. I highly recommend Parker and Sons and will use them again if needed.

Dominic was honest, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job replacing the water heater. I requested business cards for future repairs/work needed because of this employee.

I got a new RO system. The price was amazing and the service even more so, if that can be. I will use Second Opinion for all of my plumbing and ac needs. Kyle serviced the ordering and installation of the RO. He is polite, knowledgeable, responsible and very skilled. Excellent business!

Jared and Jordan came out to clear a clogged main and turns out it was roots growing through the pipe! They had a camera snake so they could show me and pin point exactly where they needed to dig! Great company and the 2 plumbers they sent Jared and Jordan were on time, extremely professional and clean. They even took the time to clean the shower tubs and toilets when they were finished!! The best plumber I've dealt with in Phoenix az hand down!

PROBLEM FOUND AND CORRECTED IN A TIMELY MANNER

I couldn't recommend this team any more for those that need a whole house Repipe. We have a house in Ahwatukee that was laden with Polybutylene (gray pipes) that are known to burst close the the T taps after awhile. We didn't want to have to ever deal with that, nor the inspection findings if we ever sell the house. We called Arizona Integrity Plumbing and man were they so much cheaper than all the other plumbers we called, by over 50%.

They had to shut the water off for a about a day when they were cutting over to the new PEX pipes, but we were mostly out of the house, so it wasn't a big deal at all. When the walls were opened up we had them install some new shower valves since ours were over 30 years old. It turned out so well, even though there were some mishaps along the way. It was so nice to have everything done by this company instead of subcontracting out drywall and painting work, they literally did it all. Such an awesome process to see. I included some pictures of the process, but rest assured that everything is patched up, textured and painted like it never happened.

The team that came to my house was over the top professional, friendly and knew their stuff. They tackled all the challenges along the way with grace and kindness. I couldn't have asked for a better Team than Alex, Romero, Bianca and Alby. Amanda was extremely helpful with every phone call as well. I had some questions how they are so cheap compared to the other plumbers and the owner Kelly told me about all the experience he had and how he cross-trains his team to make it he best value out there.

I've been in my house for approximately 16 months and have had two service visits; one as a result of my A/C unit being struck by lightening and most recently for my first annual maintenance. Both times, the service technicians were polite, professional and (from best I can tell) very thorough in their work. And both technicians were happy to increase my HVAC knowledge with their tips and recommendations. Much appreciated

Plumbers arrived inside the window and volunteered to wear shoe booties inside, which we liked. The initial snaking effort failed, but the second round succeeded. Both men were courteous and professional, and they were in and out in less than a half hour.

From the first site visit with Mike Tufegdzic, through their financial application process to the day of installation with Ed & Marco and their installation crew, the entire experience was thorough and professional. There are a lot of complicated steps involved in replacing/upgrading a complete AC system that people don’t always think about including cranes, upsized condenser unit support pads, custom air plenum boxes, customer support structures in the attic to fit new equipment, verifying integrity of copper lines between attic equipment and outside equipment, condensation lines, etc. and the repairs and upgrades to those lines needed to accommodate the modern high efficiency equipment. These guys know their business and they make sure that every step is completed as promised. They answered every question. There were no surprises. They did our installation all in one day. It is a pleasure working with a company that has quality people from top to bottom. I would definitely recommend Day & Night AC to anyone looking to replace their AC system.

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. Terrible! They didn't show up and when I called to explore what happened they teed off on me. Wasted 2 hours with them. Never use them again!
