Hobiaca maintains my 2 AC units twice a year. I pay a small amount each month to avoid that larger maintenance fee all at once. I’ve used several other AC services over the last 14 years and they do not compare to Hobiaca. The technicians are always informative, professional and punctual. I highly recommend their services.

They, as the operators, and their crew of technicians are respectful, knowledgeable and trustworthy as they've maintained my various brands of HVAC units and thermostats. They do a great job explaining issues when I want to dive deep and better understand the system or warranties and have always appeared happy to do so.

Stellar service. These guys needed to come out multiple times in a row to fix our heat and did so by ensuring we got the best price and they targeted the exact issue. They did so when it was convenient for us and I am so happy with the finished product. They weren’t pushy about needing a new unit, they did give us a quote for a new one when we are ready but didn’t try and sell us something we don’t need right now. I appreciated their honesty and very hard work.

SG Mechanical has been a lifesaver for our business. Our plaza is older and the units are not in very good working order. When we leased the property, we were told to use the landlords hvac service. What a mistake that was!! After being repeatedly overcharged for problems that were not being resolved, we contacted SG Mechanical. Not only were they able to properly diagnose and repair the problems we were having - they cost way less than our landlords company, and they fixed it correctly the first time without requiring multiple visits. We liked Andy and his team so much, that we hired them to repair and install new duct-work in our new suites, and set up yearly maintenance contracts on all of our units. Everyone on their staff is so friendly and helpful! They are prompt, courteous, and extremely fair on price. Andy and his technicians make thorough inspections and discuss the problems with you before they do the work - allowing you time for a second opinion if needed (trust me, you won't need a second opinion!) They do all of the work very efficiently and if you ever have any questions or concerns, they come right back out to make sure you are completely satisfied. It's was really hard to find someone to fix my AC online, especially without a referral. I took a chance and went with Just Air. It was relatively close to me and they had some good reviews. I guess I got really lucky with this pick. James the technician, called me right on schedule and told me he was on his way. He was very courteous and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem, a bad capacitor and had the system working again within 10-15 min. It was quick and way less expensive than what I thought it would be. After asking friends for referrals and no one had any, now I can refer them to Just Air. Five Star Service for sure!!

Dave, with Scottsdale Air & Heating has been servicing our Train Heat Pump for several years and does an excellent job and explanation of the issues if any. We have lived here for over 20 years and have had the opportunity to deal with many HVAC companies and Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling are by far the best.
