Rene showed up at our house just 2 hours after our initial request for service. Said he could repair our 16 yr. old washer, but it would be better to get a new one (we agreed).He stayed on the line with the home warranty company until they finally answered. Rene told us the phrase to use with the warranty company when we called them to get reimbursed for a new machine rather than just a repair. We would have never known that option. He was very professional and patient.

Arrived near stated time, was very nice and clearly explained all issues. In addition, he explained the problems which previous companies ignored.

I have been happy with the communication of Jimmy and Landon. Landon did some plumbing work for us today and he did a great job!! Jimmy took some measurements for our new AC system and ductwork that will be done soon. Jimmy has been very helpful with this process.

I signed up for the service agreement so I will never have to worry about remembering when to call and schedule an appointment and it was more affordable than any other company I have worked with in the past! My A/C units are 1 yr old, so I thought they would be pretty quick. They were so thorough! Told me everything they had done, took pictures and answered all my questions! Great job!

Excellent Service from Desert Diamond and Steve. My old unit died out in the middle of Summer and Steve came out on a Sunday to help get me set up for an install of a new unit, he went the extra mile to bring out a portable unit the same day to make sure I was comfortable until the new unit was installed.

The new Trane variable speed unit is outstanding and cools my house consistently throughout the day and is completely silent. I highly recommend going for a variable speed unit, it's worth the extra money for how it keeps the home cool in every room without having the noise of the AC constantly turning on and off.

I called Goetti to unclog a kitchen sink. The gentleman arrive quickly and worked to unclear it. After many attempts he advised me that the clog was really far down and he can't clear it. He recommended a different service and said they could come back tomorrow. As he was leaving he checked the clog one last time and was able to clear it! Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

Have a second home in Flagstaff and found ourselves in need to replace the heater and add AC to our home.

I have used Cactus Mechanical in the Phoenix Area and to my surprise was willing to do our install in Flag.
I can not say enough about the professionalism of this company. In todays world of supply shortages and help issues they performed stellar! They advised us on where to install the compressor for minimal visual impact as well as noise restrictions imposed by the HOA. That were here when they said they would and completed very quickly.

Just Air is a company with integrity. I'm so pleased I chose Just Air to resolve my a/c problem. To begin with, Danielle worked with me to schedule and reschedule an appt. I had to cancel 2 appt. and she was professional and happy to accomodate my needs. James Mattingly arrived in a timely fashion. He was polite, respectful (wore booties over his shoes) and knowledgable. I had called with a problem of my return not cycling off. Within minutes he realized I had inadvertently hith the fan button which told my unit to run 24/7. It was my mistake, he resolved it and waived the service charge. I have never experienced THAT courtesy fromany other company. They obviously aren't out to rip the customer off.
I will definitely be using this company in the future!
