I have several issues going on. I have multiple filters. I had another company out and they were unable to fix it but told me a valve was broken and needed replaced. They recommended Parker and Sons. It was great because they were able to come out first thing the next morning. The service guy was able to replace 2 of the 3 filters but was unable to change the 3rd filter because he didn’t have that particular filter. He was able to determine the valve did not need replaced saving me over $600 (I even watched him turn the valve off then back on). They sent another guy that afternoon to replace the 3rd filter, and oddly enough, the valve was now not working, again. I watched it work that morning and watched it not work that same afternoon. He recommended to replace the valve, but also recommended adding a valve for this particularly troubled filter to make it easier in the future. So the guy that came out in the morning is coming out tomorrow morning again to replace the valve, add a valve, and change the filter which the 2nd guy left with me. So it’s been a process but their availability to send someone to service same or next day (I’m about 45 minutes from town so I’m not as easy to get to as someone who lives in town), overall they’re getting it done for me. Just requires a bit of patience since their service people specialize in different things and in my case, it is wasn’t a one man job. Overall I’m happy and will call them in the future since the local company I used prior is no longer in business, I think they retired.

have been to my unit FIVE times for the same issue. each time the guys show up confused, and leave without fully fixing the problem, saying they will be back next week. What a joke.

Anthony came to our apartment because we didn't have any cold water for a wk+. Our apartment complex wasn't able to fix the issue so they contacted DW Plumbing. Anthony was punctual, professional, and friendly. He explained the problem to my boyfriend and had the issue fixed in no time. Because of the customer service that we received from Anthony, we will be contacting DW Plumbing for all of our needs related to heating and cooling here on out. Our air conditioning continued to run non- stop for 2 days. We called Penguin Air and they were able to come to our rescue the same day. Jimmy the technician was wonderful. Thoughtful (mask and shoe sleeves all on) and professional. He knew immediately what to fix. No time wasted. Give Jimmy a Raise! And Yes we did sign on for a Maintenance Plan! Thank you Jimmy!

We had the nicest folks come to the house. Work performed perfect. Timeliness great. Honesty....well folks here's the downfall. We bought a warranty for our two air conditions, annual check-ups. Both were to be covered. Today got a call to set this up and were told only one AC covered. They would do both for extra 100 AC each time. Lie one. Two since we cancelled the warranty for misrepresentation they went back and recalculated our prior sevice bill for a toilet we thought had clogged and by the time they arrived had self-corrected. He did nothing and said he wouldn't charge for this .We had two other problems which they charged appropriately for. Workmanship great. Honesty and integrity poor.

This must be a recurring problem as when I asked to speak a manager he said they would say the same thing. Hum...experienced at handling this complaint should say something. Customer service not so good.
