I was impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated by this fire damage restoration service. They were able to salvage many of our belongings and restore our home to its pre-fire condition. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Horrible service! Completely chipped my baseboards, carpet had residue so didn't stay clean (it was new carpet) and technician was rude. I would not use this place again if they gave me free lifetime cleaning! Plus they call at 7:30am day of to set arrival time, totally inappropriate time to call on a Saturday morning or any time. Coit is a joke!

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water. SCAMMERS!! Rip Off Artists!! Stay Clear... these people do substandard work and hire unlicensed people. As soon as they get your Insurance info that is their ticket to the lottery.
They removed my entire roof when only a 1/3 was authorized just to pocket $$!
Unprofessional. Unethical. And, when the Owner knows the Judge by first name that will tell you how many times people have taken them to small claims court.
