Best Heating Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Even though the techs were unable to perform the service by no fault of theirs, they were on time, courteous, and professional. I can't speak to their skill, but I would definitely call them for another chance.

Had some issues with with my AC so I called Penguin to get a service/inspection scheduled. Sam answered who was as nice as could be with a happy tone throughout the whole call! When the tech (Josh) came out he explained all of my options thoroughly so I could contemplate how I would like to proceed. Overall I couldn’t ask for better customer service!

Hello, just a little note to tell you how great our Technicians were today.
Ivan and Troy showed up a little ahead of schedule, met with us, checked out the work areas and got right to work. And they did a fantastic job! I thought I was going to hear all kinds of banging and all kinds of noise but instead it was just a little bit of noise and the cool sound of Ivan whistling... reminded me of my Dad, he always whistled to, it was great.
Troy was also quietly working outside.
Upon completion of the work Troy and Ivan showed us their work and how the new thermostat worked.

They did a great job with the installation, very professional work! I've seen a few air conditioning/furnace installations over the years when building homes with my dad and cousin...and these two technicians (Ivan and Troy) are obviously very good at what they do, and very good with the customer service experience they exhibited to us!!

And personally I think they both definitely deserve a raise!!! And no, they didn't ask me to say this, LOL. It's obvious they're humble guys that would never ask for something like this, but they definitely deserve a raise...at minimum some fantastic kudos to some great Hobiaca Technicians!

Kudos to Ivan and Troy for a job very well done!

Great service!

Cody came out and gave me an estimate. I felt totally confident with him because he took the time to explain all my different options so I could make a better decision. The warrany and service they provide far exceeded other companies. . A company and warranty is only as good as their employees. I know I made a good choice. Thank you, Cody. we had about do you have our ACs go out in our business and he was so quick to get everything fixed and he told us our options and told is the cost of each option. He didn’t just go with the easiest way.Moises keep me up-to-date on everything that was going on!

An update to my review is necessary because I felt pressured to give a 5 star review. While our service tech was on time, courteous (up until the end), and explained everything, I was basically forced to do my review right then and there while he was standing in front of me pointing at my phone and directing me where to go. Talk about awkward and inappropriate! I understand these reviews are probably important to the techs because they are probably evaluated and perhaps even get bonuses based on them. However, to expect your customer to do the review immediately while the tech is right in front of you is COMPLETELY inappropriate. We have had SO many issues with Goettl and their equipment that we recommend people STAY AWAY from them. Our supposed top quality air conditioner has had issues practically EVERY YEAR we have had it, and we have had issues w/techs installing equipment that needed to then be removed because it broke or shouldn't have even been there in the first place and then put back on and then remove and then put back on again. It's been a joke. This year's semi-annual Sadie service check-up was no different. This time they couldn't even locate the paperwork for parts they themselves sold to us to confirm warranty info!! Recommendation...Go somewhere else for your A/C needs.

First Choice Mechanical was assigned to me through my home warranty company. They arrived within two days of my warranty request to diagnose my AC unit. Mike the owner was professional and courteous but unfortunately he had to deliver the bad news and tell me I needed a new AC unit which wasn't covered under warranty (The previous owner's dogs urinated on the AC unit and corroded the lines). I requested a quote from Mike and also brought in a couple other technicians who all confirmed what Mike had originally told me. Mike not only beat the prices of the other technicians but he went out of his way to answer all my questions and help me select the best unit for my home. Mike was very knowledgeable and I had no doubts with selecting his company. Mike and his son completed the install of my new AC unit in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier. If your looking for a honest, professional, local company I would recommend First Choice Mechanical without hesitation.

Our upstairs heating was out. Amy sent a technician over the same morning. Brad, the technician, identified the issue and had us up and running within 2 hours. I felt very comfortable having him in the house with just me and the kids and was so glad for all their help! We will definitely be repeat customers!

Stellar service. These guys needed to come out multiple times in a row to fix our heat and did so by ensuring we got the best price and they targeted the exact issue. They did so when it was convenient for us and I am so happy with the finished product. They weren’t pushy about needing a new unit, they did give us a quote for a new one when we are ready but didn’t try and sell us something we don’t need right now. I appreciated their honesty and very hard work.

Gave me a very low quote to replace roof mounted ac with a Trane. They came when promised and installed the new unit very quickly. There was a problem with the new thermostat (fan ran all the time). I called and they came out the next day to replace it. Young, very personable crew.

I have used Cactus Mechanical for years and have not one complaint. They are fast to respond and honest to deal with. It's rare to find a vendor these days that you know you can trust implicitly. I refer Cactus any chance I get.

Vlad did a great job. I’m fact he had to come back to finish the work the next day. He explained everything to me, so I new what he did to fix the problem. I would recommend them highly. Very professional and service oriented.

Our nearly 20 year old AC unit died. I remembered seeing a King Mechanical truck in our neighborhood and talking to the owner, who was happy with their equipment and work, so I called. I spoke directly with Frank, the owner, who helped me determine what kind of unit I needed and whether it would be cost effective to upgrade to a higher efficiency unit. The heat was miserable in the house, but Frank and crew were onsite at 8:30am the next morning, and he assured me we won't leave until it's working. They finished a difficult install (unit in the attic and outside unit difficult to remove) at 7:30 pm and we had cooling once again. The price was reasonable for good equipment with a good warranty. They guys were hard working, clean, cheerful, and professional. I would use KIng Mechanical again, and recommend them to you for your heating/AC needs.

I can't say enough good things about Temperature Pro!! I am so happy with their installation service and their customer service. They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions that I had, in trying to decide which heating and cooling system was best for me. I'm very happy that I chose their company to do my install.

My A/C was making a high pitched squeak and I was certain a bearing was shot. I wanted the fan repaired before it got really hot.

James came out and checked the air filter which was clogged. I had replacement filters on hand. He replaced the filters and didn’t charge me for the service call.

I’m embarrassed that I didn’t figure out the problem myself but thankful The problem is solved. I will call JustAir when I have any other issues with my A/C.
