A good company to work for!

Watt Masters installed recessed lighting at our home. They were very professional. Work was performed perfectly and very fast! Always answered my calls and questions right away. I would recommend Watt Masters to family and friends. Thanks for a great job!

Short version: The company is expensive, has very poor communication, doesn't do what they say they are going to do and are technically incompetent.Long version:Went with Penguin originally because of the seemingly good reviews that they had on Google. We had been having issues with our AC for a couple months and were willing to pay the extra money to go with a reputable company so that we could end the nightmare. Unfortunately, it was really only the beginning. The day the AC was installed we could not get the temperature below 85 degrees. Whoever I talked to would try and tell me that the new systems were not as good as the old R22 systems and that the tech had confirmed before they left everything was working as intended. That didn't seem likely so I asked to have someone else come out.The next individual came and did nothing as they seem to have multiple different departments in AC (warranty, install, tech - not really sure) who all have a variety of excuses as to why they are not the right person to assist and will pass the problem off to the next person.The next guy came out and said that the refrigerant was low and filled it up and apologized. I was cautiously optimistic that would help but it did not.The next guy came out and said that the ducts were not properly sealed and he had put tape on the outside to fix it. I asked, incredulously, whether tape was going to be the final fix for the leak and he said it was rated for 25 years and would be fine. I found this a little suspicious but said okay.The next morning I went into my attic to blow insulation to try and do anything I could to cool my house down from the 110+ degree heat and found the attic was probably more comfortable than my house. So...The next guy came out and said that the tape the previous guy had put on had fallen off and it should really be applied to the inside of the ducts otherwise the air will push it away (makes sense). After pressuring him for some more details on the issue, he finally admits the initial tech also messed up and put a piston system instead of a TXV which is what my unit requires and is likely the source of my problem. They also advise that part will take a couple weeks to get.At this point I'm obviously a bit frustrated and call a couple times requesting to have a manager or someone call me back. As of now, I have yet to have anyone from management contact me even though I have requested it multiple times.Good news is they got the part earlier.The next guy came and installed it. Bad news is the unit is now running worse than it was before. Haven't even called to deal with that yet. Maybe they will finally get their act together and call me back like they were supposed to.Bonus: They put a hole in my ceiling when they stepped through it. In their defense, they did send someone out to fix it though. I'm okay with companies making mistakes if they make right. Unfortunately, this was the only case where they did.

Great customer service. Technician, Nathan was on time. Company sent technicians picture and kept me informed of arrival. Explained and showed problem with old unit. New unit was pricey but didn’t get a chance to shop around for comparison. All in all happy with choice and all technicians involved with installation. Thank you. Shaun T

The election we had was Toben gave w excellent service a able to diagnose the problem and come up with a fix right away. He explained that 2 things may .eed to be done and sid he would try the simple one first and of the problem returned he would come back to the second part at no extra cost. Long story short great knowledgeable service and great service. Now with all they offer we will. E alli g Parker an Sons for all of our HVAC,electrical and plumbing needs.

The type of work that Adobe energy management leaves done is the type of work you tend to show people of an example of what a professional job should look like. Everyone is up and running at full gears doing their part so that at the end of the day everything looks nice and clean.

DO NOT use this company. When building our new home they did not do the job correctly and we had to have them change several things. They forget to wire for the ceiling fan in the office, the fan in the den was not centered, the lights in 2 bathrooms had to be changed, the dining room light had to be moved, the floor plug had to be moved, the light in the breakfast nook was too close to the wall, all plug-ins on the island had to be moved, and the lights over the island are not centered but I have not had these changed yet.
