Stefan did a great job of coming up with a solution for fixing our broken pipe behind the shower. When the job was done, he physically showed me his repairs and answered all of my questions.

Jorge was very sufficient & fixed our problem. The price was extremely expensive compared to other companies but they were the company to fix the problem. We for some reason needed a new breaker on a brand new home and a wire to a ceiling fan wasn’t connected correctly. I only wish we weren’t charged $860 to do so for an hour and Half of work.

Chris and Greg did a great job for me replacing shut off valves, a water heater and cleaning out my sewer lines. Would highly recommend!

Had a drain pipe leak under the slab of my house, walked me through the pipes on the camera to show all the problem areas and the difference between the good pipe and the damage. Team members, specifically Bertin, Fernando, and Alex, were incredibly responsive and communicative. Job was done fast, the work was high quality and the project was as stress free as it could have been for the unexpected situation. I would highly recommend to any friends/family members for any plumbing needs.

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

Scott, Christian and Chase are wonderful- honest, responsive and always high quality work. We use PV Plumbing for both of our houses and recommend them often.

Not impressed. Initial Sales guy won me (i interviewed 3 services), seemed knowledgeable and honest. After that it was all downhill. Install team was condescending to me and only had negative things to say about the salesman. They acted like they didn't want to be here installing. They spoke bad about their product which seemed like they were trying to up sell but it was too late. They threw their ladder up and bent shingles on the house in a very noticeable area of the of house. Told me I needed to remove everything out of garage so they could do their job. Install took much longer than quoted and was not done correct then they blamed the sales guy (so weird) . When they said they were finished it was not done correct or to the best they could do and a second visit to repair duct work and monitor performance was needed( i had to call for it as it I was not called to see how things were. Third visit because i was informed they hooked up the thermostat wrong and that Sr technician said they there was a wire missing and he will wire it so it works for the summer (which means no heat) and he will make notes to return in fall to correct that. Well its November and call so I called them . Now on 4th (fourth) visit they were supposed to be here at 8AM (i confirmed this the night before too) and its 10:00 and not here. Why post now? Ive given them several chance to turn this around... is this the norm for them?

This has cost me significant time from work and while the unit was not hooked up correctly have my electrical bills were higher than with the 30 yr old system i had previously.

A/C fan stopped spinning in the middle of the night...called Hays at 7 am...had a most professional mech, Jerry arrive by 9:45 ish...ran a few tests...no voltage thru compac. Switch...replaced and installed new Nest thermostat, upon request...Always timely, professional...trust this company...my Go-To for all my HVAC needs...Thank you!

They have come to fix my a/c leak at the Biltmore@camelback 3 times and it’s leaking worse then ever! They keep saying they are waiting on a drip pan well soon they will be fixing an entire bathroom and possibly a ceiling!! Rusty water everywhere and I have my own 4 big pots in there trying to keep up collecting it m, changing it every hour. This has gone on over a month now fun stuff! (Sarcasm intended)

Edit 11/30/21: Used them a 2nd time to fix my leaking shower and garbage disposal, and it was another perfect experience. The young man (Vladimir?), was incredibly nice and easygoing… fixed everything perfectly. I will definitely use Penguin Plumbing again. Great job!! —— I called them originally for a second opinion regarding a broken toilet. Guilfred was the technician who stopped by. He was very professional, very honest and told me he needed to order some parts. The other plumber from another company lied to me and tried to convince me to do a complete rebuild inside the tank. Guilfred knew I was going out of town soon so he rush-ordered the necessary parts and called to make the follow-up appointment. I had to work until 9pm and was leaving the next day. Guilfred volunteered to stop by after 9pm when I got home from work so it could get fixed before I leave. He’s awesome and I hope Penguin recognizes how great of an employee they have. That’s perfect service! Great job!!

They should be called The Shady Plumber with shady business practices. High pressure sales tactics that reminded me of trying to buy a car at a dealership. They refused to give me a written estimate, but their verbal estimate ended up being 3 times as expensive as all of the other written estimates I got, and they wanted to charge me for the estimate. Do yourself a favor and get at least two written estimates before you decide to hire someone. And NEVER pay anyone for an estimate. That's ridiculous! It saved me a lot of money by NOT using the Shady Plumber. The way to look at it is this-- who is paying for all those annoying ads and cheap sunglasses and crappy flashlights? You are, if you hire these people.

Important thing I really appreciate about Blue Drop plumbing & Rooter is their attention to detail. The technician who came out to my home to fix my plumbing issue was incredibly thorough. He not only fixed the problem, but he also checked everything else to make sure there weren't any other issues lurking below the surface. I really appreciated the peace of mind that came with his thoroughness.

I had an outstanding experience with Donley. We had both of our water heaters corrode and leak within 4 months of each other. We had inherited these water heaters from previous owners. We called Donley both times and they replaced both heaters at no charge because they were still under warranty. In fact, with the second heater the manufacturer resisted honoring the warranty, but Donley pushed back on our behalf and then further absorbed some of the labor costs because they thought the warranty had to be honored in full! Throughout all this, they maintained outstanding communication with me and the restoration company for installation. I could not be happier with the experience. Special thanks to Anthony.

Just wanted to pass on a happy outcome to a bill dispute. It's a rather long story, so I'll just summarize by saying I challenged the amount I was billed, and after hearing my points; Day & Night, cancelled the bill. There are so many A/C companies out there, and we've dealt with at least 4 or 5 during our residence here in the PHX area. I had a feeling we went with a good company when we bought our new A/C from them 2 years ago, and I was right. I will recommend Day & Night to anyone who asks.

I called ACE and scheduled an appointment for the same day, Javier was a professional and gave a great service, im glad my heater is working now
