We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We have used another company for the last 11 years. Our old units needed replacing. We thought S&G was more knowledgeable with a fairer price so we decided to use them. We had a fantastic experience with SG they installed my new air conditioners/heaters. Izzy Muniz at his best.. walked through the issue showed what's causing issue and drained the nasty water blocked in AC pan.. answered all my weird questions.. changed the capacitors which adding load on motor. thanks for your service Izzy keep up the good work ?I would recommend day and night to anyone they have best technicians as far as my experience

This is the only place that answered when oura/c went out. It's June and averaging over 100 degrees. Fixed same day.... Didn't have to get a hotel.

We had Scottsdale Air out to fix an issue with our HVAC unit. The tech, John Areikat, did a fantastic job! He was knowledgeable and friendly. Scottsdale Air always provide first-class service so we shouldn't be surprised. It's nice to have a company by your side that is always honest and professional!!

AZ Perfect has taken incredible care of my AC issues and maintenance. They are super responsive and professional. I had an ongoing mystery problem with my AC and they kept coming back until the mystery was solved and my AC was running perfectly. While they are good to give me options for upgrading my equipment, they are never pushy to try to sell me something I don't need. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to any and everyone.

Miguel arrived on time. His appearance (clean uniform) and manners were impeccable.Miguel spent 1.5 hours inspecting and testing our 10 year old A/C, and recommended some maintenance, went over the details of what he found, with photos, assigned a priority to the recommended repairs, and provided a verbal estimate (which the office later confirmed in writing). I felt no pressure to make the repairs. A few hours after Miguel departed, I opted to accept their estimate.

Update: after they saw my review they called to explain that he doesn't know why but they never got any of our messages. Offered to come and fix issue for free. Not gonna take them up on the offer tho. Just feels awkward at this point.

Had them come out to fix our heating a year or two ago during the winter. The best way I can describe our problem is we have warm air for 10 min. And then it will stop producing warm air and just push cold air. We then have to reset the circuit breaker to the unit and it'll start pushing heat again. They came out. Did whatever they did. Charged us about 300$ problem still occurs. Called and left a message about it not being fixed and never heard from them again.

Jesse came for my regular check up did what needed. He always explains things so I understand he is very helpful that way. We decided what to do and he did a great job.
