I was looking for a new more personable and reasonable service for my air conditioning needs. Called Patrick Riley on a Sunday, they sent Matt out on Monday. Scheduling was easy and the scheduler was super sweet and took time to listen to me. On monday they called and communicated they had a technician earlier. I was exstatic at the communication. They sent me a pic of Matt so i would know who he was. I loved this communication. Matt came asked questions, he listened, was professional, explained things, was so respectful and kind as im healing from a major surgery. I signed up for the bi annual inspections which were very reasonable as my financial situation is not great from my unexpected surgery and my husband is a combat disabled Veteran. Matt fixed our problem, serviced our air conditioner and made a new customer. My search is over ?.
They immediately sent follow up review form on Matt and service which was easy and i filled it out immediately. LOVE THE PATRICK RILEY BUSINESS FAMILY SO FAR.

My AC was down and it was HOT inside! Hays was able to get me serviced the same day I called. Dayton and Anthony were great! They explained the problem and got it fixed fast. They were courteous enough to even wear face masks when they were inside. Great company!

We heard about Donley AC on AZ Family channel 3 and called them because our AC was not working. A tech came out and inspected the unit, and informed us of the repair choices, we chose to have a new unit installed. Their salesmen came to our house and provided choices of units. We went with a Goodman unit, and very satisfied with the price and quality. My sister in law told me that their AC unit was acting up, they did call a different AC company who wanted to charge them quite bit. I told my sister in law about Donley AC, my sister Rachel called Donley AC and explained their AC issues and the fact my sister has been diagnosed with cancer and after her treatments her body gets very hot. They sent a tech named Jason, he went to her house, said they did not have a leak and did not need to get a new unit like as they have been told from the other place. Jason was there for over an hour and did some maintenance work and did not charge my sister. This just goes to show that Donley AC is about honesty and professionalism and caring. Thank you very much Jason and the Donley AC family for taking care of my sister. I highly recommend this company to eveyone.

In October 2020, I called Chas Robert’s to perform maintenance on my AC unit. They installed the system in my new build. When the Tech shows up he stated that with the Maintenance Plan I purchased that he/they would be doing a Heating Inspection and not the AC inspection. Technician stated they do AC inspection in April. Okay it’s April, I called to schedule maintenance and I am told that it would be September availability since they were booked up for maintenance till then. Plus I was told they started booking in February for maintenance inspection. She then finds an available appointment in August, after I complained that this entire maintenance plan was a SCAM. I question that if they are booked till September for maintenance what happens if I need AC repair. Then she states because I have the maintenance plan they would respond within 24 hours. So I paid $195 for a yearly maintenance plan to ensure a 24 hour waiting period for a breakdown/repair if needed. As I advise the Phone Rep if I could get a Technician to respond for maintenance before a breakdown it would be more advantageous to me the Customer. As I told the Rep I am keeping the appointment because I have already paid for the service. But “if” my AC requires any type of service before then Chas Roberts would not be the Service Provider that I would call. Also the Phone Rep states that the policy of booking start in February was on my Invoice, something I never received. Since all I received was a digital receipt of payment. Just say NO to their Maintenance Plan.

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

I had a customer their toilet shut off valve failed day and night Plumbing came out within 2 hours gave an honest estimate got my customers water back onto the home and everybody's happy all the way around. I will definitely recommend them to people I know in the Phoenix metropolitan area.Ask them for the plumber Joshua.

I can't say enough good things about these folks. They came out quickly to help us when we were in a pinch. They could have taken complete advantage of us and our situation but they didn't. They were friendly, homest, fair and bent over backwards to help us out. They have now become our go to company for anything that ever goes wrong with the plumbing in our home. I highly recommend this company.

Chad was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and courteous. He performed my yearly maintenance routine and everything checked out okay and is working properly. Purchased my unit in 2017 and I'm reaping the savings. I used to pay almost $300 for one household in the summer months and my June bill is projected to be $150 this month.Invest in a new unit it's worth the savings!!! I have a 4 ton 15 seer that covers 1486 square feet home.
