Service was fantastic. The two guys I had out were very personable as I hung around while they worked. I just sat in the garage as they did their thing. Both opened up dialog with me based on observations within the garage. And when I would address them about a new subject they would not hesitate to respond openly. Very friendly unlike may others in the field. Not the typical, you stay in your house and just leave me alone. Your typical cold shoulder or a service repair worker was nonexistent. I only got Anthonys name but his apprentice, I was very pleased with too. If I could I would ask for them directly for my next service. @invatationhomes stick with this company for a servicer.

After our AC unit malfunctioned this morning, my husband got online to search for a repair company, as we didn't know who to call. He came across Penguin Air and Plumbing and we decided to give them a try. They quickly scheduled an appointment, and soon their repairman Troy was knocking at our door. Troy immediately set to work diagnosing what was ailing our AC system, and was able to identify the problem at once. The best part of all was Troy went out of his way to explain (and show us) what was wrong and how to remedy the situation in a way that was easy to understand, and that was right for us. Troy was pleasant, honest, and it was obvious he had our best interest at heart as he explained which direction we should steer in fixing our AC unit. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else but with Penguin Air and Plumbing and with their excellent repairman Troy.We will highly recommend Penguin Air and Plumbing, and Troy, to all our family and friends. Travis Vonau was our service technician. We had something wrong with our hot water heater. We called Hobaica, and they were able to send Travis, same day. Travis was very professional, and thoroughly explained the “hows” and “whys” of what was going on with the hot water heater. He fixed the problem in a timely fashion. He’s very knowledgeable about his products, and gave us good info about water heaters. Hobaica also services our HVAC’s. We’ve been with them since 2019. We love Hobaica!!

Called the office and spoke to someone who couldn't schedule an appointment and had to wait for a call back from a different team to schedule. The other team called back and I didn't have service, so they left a message to call the office. I called again, got the same person and again she couldn't schedule anything. Got a call back from the same person who called back previously, and again wanted me to call the office back, not her directly. Impossible to get an appointment with this company. Continuous cycle of nonsense. Are there only 2 people working there? Ended up going with Chas Roberts who did it same day at a fraction of the cost.Update: This was on a Friday but thanks for trying.

As first time homeowners, we were in a panic when our AC stopped working at 10pm in the middle of a Phoenix summer. We called Desert Diamond that same night and were greeted by prompt customer service from the dispatcher. They sent out JD first thing in the morning at 7am and he quickly diagnosed what was luckily just a clogged condensate line. He was informative throughout the process, educated us on preventative maintenance, and was kind with our dog that is timid of strangers in the home. Desert Diamond has our business from here on out!!

I called Expert HVAC and spoke to Gabe the owner and in just a few hours Rick arrived. He serviced, repaired and cleaned the unit. This is the first time I’ve used Expert HVAC & can’t be happier- have cold air again.

Eddie and STEPHEN came from Goettl yesterday to work on my HVAC and my water heater and different parts of the water system in my house they were both very professional, very informative, and courteous. I appreciated how knowledgeable they were and how they explained to me what they were going to do to replace my parts and everything. STEPHEN and Eddie were great people to talk to and work with.

I found this company on Yelp, and searched for companies with high ratings from customers. I was very impressed with the company from the first visit! Very professional, friendly and helpful all the way through the transaction. Even after I tried to cancel on them with less than a week before install ??????. I decided to go through with it, and I am so glad I did. Great system, and GREAT customer service.

They responded to an issue with our water heater, pretty efficient, tried to locate problem, then let us know to contact the appropriate repairman and part needed.

Our AC went out and within a couple of hours, their technician came to our house, fixed the problem and we had cool air again. Great prompt service!

I am giving this review unsolicited by the owner of this company. I wanted to give this review to let those that are looking for an AC company that is truly honest and open about pricing and services and understand the definition of real customer service. I personally research five different AC companies in the valley before going with this company I was referred to this company by a workmate and I am thankful that they did. If you truly want a company that is locally owned it is honest about the prices and fair with business and offers a warranty that nobody can beat in the valley and on top of that very professional and all ways easy to talk to. There is no salesman or upsell during this process just an honest local business looking to do the right thing every time and it seems like they do. So if you read this and you're looking for a local AC company for installation or repair please give them a try again I get nothing out of this but no more than passing on the good word of good people and a good company. Called this company on Christmas Eve and Jorge showed up fixed my unit in the rain. Rats chewed up some wires. The guy is a super hero. Thanks four seasons.

The dismantling of our old A/C and installation of the new roof top A/C went perfectly and couldn’t have been better. Everyone was exactly on time and so organized. The job was completed much earlier than expected. The crew was great and Juan was terrific,, so professional and knowledgeable.
