This review is based solely upon a meeting which we had with Jack Zweig for him to give us a proposal for a new HVAC system. Jack gave us a very comprehensive description of the systems which are available and the services which would be provided. We were very impressed with Jack’s presentation which speaks well about Hays Cooling.

i had several problems with an hvac unit, only 7 years old. The past few months i had several repairs and still was not working properly. I called NVM to come out to trouble shoot the unit as the others were not finding the problem. The tech found the problem immediately,

I called these guys for a house I am Purchasing - the AC wasn’t putting out cold air like it should. I had two other companies quote about $5,000 to repair the system and more than $10k for a new unit. Gabe came out and explained how the equipment that was there didn’t even Match up with the size of the Air handler and showed me how it wasn’t even installed properly (neither of the other companies did that). They were just trying to make a bunch of money off me. Gabe was professional and friendly and gave me a great price for a 15 seer TRANE - about $4,000 less than the other guys!! And he got it installed quickly too and fixed the other issues. I highly recommend EXPERT HVAC SERVICES!

First of all, I called in the morning with an AC problem. The woman that answered the phone heard my baby chattering in the background and expedited the service because she wanted to make sure he was okay in the heat of the summer! Like……….who does that? That was my first hint that this place was going to be awesome.

Then our technician got here, and Octavio was amazing. His humble and honest approach was refreshing, and his professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. He helped me be a better homeowner by giving tips and tricks to run my AC more efficiently on top of doing a quick and effective total system diagnosis. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat!

I have had Goettl out to my house 3 times for 3 different reasons. This time we had francesco and he was awesome, he waited for me to get home from running late and he was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was super nice and went step by step on the options I had and made sure I didn’t have any questions unanswered.

We were very impressed with this company. The installers were very kind and hardworking. They were very patient with us and answered any questions that we had. We highly recommend you giving Tim a call for any questions. His prices cannot be beat.

HVAC system and water heater were replaced. Received many quotes, but no one other than Bob sat down to explain how the HVAC system works plus going over every detail of the warranty. Installation was next day. Highly recommend giving Sun Devil a chance to save you money.

Sam was prompt professional courteous and knowledgeable of his products, he didn't have any problem helping me understand what system would work best for me. The installation of the new equipment was done quickly and professionally, it was obvious that the technicians were well trained and knowledgeable in their trade.
I will use temperature pro for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future!

Just Air came and serviced one of my rental properties in the Phoenix area at about 8:30 pm and night. My tenant talked with the service guy and determined that we needed start assist kit. If you go online these kits cost $30. The following day to was emailed the invoice which was $535.00 for a service that took under an hour. I called 2 other AC companies and asked how much it would cost for this same service and they said around $200. I talked to James the owner to see if he would make this right and and he told me to F-off. As a business owner myself I don't believe in ripping people off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Scottsdale Air found multiple mistakes from my original AC installation, and fixed them as part of my bi-yearly AC tune up. Outstanding service.

The folks at Benefit Air are my heroes! After two weeks of dealing with the sub-standard technicians provided by my home warranty company, Chuck came to the rescue. He arrived on-time, quickly identified and corrected the problem source, recharged the systems and had both AC units up and running in no time.

Steven came promptly and new exactly what was the problem and had the needed replacements on the van. Very pleased. Top notch.

My air conditioning stopped cooling earlier this month so I called my Home Warranty company. They sent out Chris at Alien A/C. He did an inspection like no other company that has done check ups on my A/C. He advised the unit was over 30 years old and it was on it's last leg. He was here over hour checking wiring and components and showing me the problems. I elected to buy a new unit, since it was 115 degrees. He had it installed within 2 days. They had my new unit up and running within 3 hours. Cleaned up all the mess and gave me a box of filters for this type of unit. I can't say enough about this company. Integrity, honesty, prompt, friendly and a family company. I will always call them for any air conditioning or heating problems. Thank you guys, you're the best!!!!!!

I've used Lincoln Air for my business over the last few years. They have been responsive when we needed them and have been great at keeping us cool. I would definitely recommend them.

Ronald Fendrick was the tech that arrived and diagnosed the problems with my system and together, we came up with the solution to replace our antiquated system. He was very professional and knowledgeable and treated us like family. We've had a bad experience with another HVAC company and as our system was down, they told us they could get to us in a week. I called ACE at 11:15am and Ronald was here a little after 2:00pm.....the same day!!! And gave us an incredible deal on our new unit which was installed the very next day! It doesn't get any better than that. And Ronald was the best and kept our interest and wishes first and foremost.
