I signed up for the service agreement so I will never have to worry about remembering when to call and schedule an appointment and it was more affordable than any other company I have worked with in the past! My A/C units are 1 yr old, so I thought they would be pretty quick. They were so thorough! Told me everything they had done, took pictures and answered all my questions! Great job!

I am leaving 5 stars due to my technician Matt Tanner being so great. However I would give 2 stars to the customer service team due to telling me I'd be notified 30 mins before the technicians's arrival, but he didn't come until an hour after the notification and 1 hour after my scheduled end time of the 3 hr appointment window. Matt was VERY nice even though I told him how upset I was at the late arrival, due to lack of communication from his dispatchers. He was knowledgeable, friendly, quick, kind and patient with me. That says a lot from a technician and I hope he is recogized for these traits! When I called customer service to tell them they should notify customers when a technician will be so late beyond the appointment window, they were snippy and rude and didn't seem to care about customer feedback. Overall, yes I'd use Goettl again and think their technicians are well trained and nice.

The most outstanding professionals I've ever met. We worked with Justin, Jared, and Branden for an HVAC system for my relative Adriana. First off, safety and cleanliness was top priority. They placed paper mats down through the house, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up immediately after small messes. The care they took on our home was so respectful and deeply appreciated. They were well-mannered and spoke softly and compassionately to everyone in the household. Our pesky dogs barking in the closed room didn't deter them nor jade their attitude. They made small talk and built rapport with us. When the job was done, they went above and beyond to explain every last detail so we would be fully knowledgeable about the work that was done. If I could do more than 5 stars, I honestly would.

Gerardo and his team are fantastic to work with. Great customer service, value, professional and on time! They helped us getting the AC leak repaired same day and provided great updates and customer service during the process. I have referred them to so many people already and will continue to do so as they are consistently the best.

I was having issues with my thermostat not working. James called me and walked me through the wiring of my thermostat and I found the incorrect wire. This saved me a service call. This is the second time I have used Just Air. They are professional and responsive!

Justin has been servicing both my AC & heater for a year. He is absolutely fabulous! He is on time, excellent with repairs & maintenance, polite..I couldn't ask for more, except I do request him to always be my service technician. AMAZING! I have a new AC company. And I will refer everyone I know to them! My AC went out in a Thursday afternoon. A different vendor got it running on Friday then it failed again after a few hours. I called Benefit Air, they were out on Saturday within a couple hours of my call and had me up and running shortly after arrival and found the underlying issue. Great service, very reasonable prices!

Our AC went out on a Saturday and we had already planned for no service until Tuesday. Alien AC called us that same day and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. They were very reliable and professional. Would definitely recommend to any looking for AC work. Thank you!

Responded quickly with technician showing up the next morning. Wire to cap was cooked and replaced along with new wiring. Freon was added to system as it was a pound low.

Total cast was under $1200.
