I did not feel like I was being ripped off or trying to sell sell stuff that you don't really need. Thank you. He was honest, straightforward and just a very nice and professional guy! I also purchased their yearly maintenance plan and I feel really good about that! I highly recommend Penguin Air, Plumbing and Electric. I also recommend Ralph!! Nefarious business practices. I was very optimistic with this company because of all the positive reviews and commercials, but after dealing with them on 2 separate occasions, it is clear to me there is deception and dishonest business practices going on here. My first plumbing visit the guy had to cut through dry wall to fix the problem. He didn't even bother to repair the drywall at all. I simply let it go because I do realize that he is a plumber so I cut him some slack. He later told me that I needed a new tub spout for a ridiculous price of 300 dollars. 300 dollars for a 10 dollar chinese spout that takes 5 minutes to install. I got money so I thought nothing of it until after he was gone. A year goes by and it's time for my second rejuvenation for my AC before summer hits. There were a couple fixes that the guy said needed to be done for a massive 600 dollars bill. All to just replace a capacitor and a wire. After I refused the service, the tech calls his boss. The guy offers to bring the price down to 500. I'm thinking to myself why don't they just give me their best price up front? Dishonest shady business tactics is the answer. I will be canceling my membership and have my handyman do it for 300, thank you. I will no longer do business with big businesses because you can't really trust anybody these days.

Wow! This family business is AMAZING. They were sent to me through Fidelity's National Home Warranty program. I had a one-off anomaly issue where my thermostat was not talking to my home security system. Others were stumped by this and couldn't figure it out. Father and Son team, Mike and Tim, stuck with it until they figured it out and rather quickly I might add. Top notch service. Very professional, efficient and friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Your air conditioning always quits after 5pm on Friday night. I called A & M Mechanical and left a message. It said they open at 8am on Saturday. Amy called me first thing on Saturday morning. She said they could get some one out that morning. I was relieved since it was getting pretty warm out. Brad was at my place by 930am. Excellent service. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn't take long to diagnose and repair my air conditioner. I will definitely use A & M Mechanical from now on.

HVAC system and water heater were replaced. Received many quotes, but no one other than Bob sat down to explain how the HVAC system works plus going over every detail of the warranty. Installation was next day. Highly recommend giving Sun Devil a chance to save you money.

Called this company on Christmas Eve and Jorge showed up fixed my unit in the rain. Rats chewed up some wires. The guy is a super hero. Thanks four seasons.

I had a great experience with SG Mechanical.  For starters, the service technician, Patrick, that came out to inspect my unit was very friendly and explained everything in detail and in a way I was able to understand. Great customer service!!

Unfortunately, I needed a new AC unit.

Figuring it all out now.... Andy and Leah answered every question I had about AC sizes, pricing, financing in detailed and in a timely manner.  They made it seamless! Thank God!!!   That's a headache I didn't have to worry about!

Then came installation day!! Mark and Zach did an exceptional job while installing my new AC unit.  They were clean, professional, courteous and informative on every aspect of the job.  They even helped tweak one of my vents to get more airflow in a rear room!

Over all, my experience was beyond what I would have expected!  All individuals I encountered and worked with were exceptional and kind.  Thanks guys for a wonderful experience!!  God bless you all!

HVAC unit was running fine but it used to make some kind of screeching noise so I scheduled appointment for tune up. Service guy came said there was imbalance pressure, need to refill freon. For that he charged me 429$ and said there will be another repair suggested which is pressure switch. He said For pressure switch repair some one will be calling and gives me estimation. Lady from office called me and said it is going to be 1500$ to install that part. Seriously they are trying to get as much, they are not honest at all. I would not recommend this company at all.
