Amazing customer sercice!!!!!!! Our air went out on father's day last year and they came out that day to fix it. This year our air wasn't blowing as cool as it should of. We have an older unit but Frank, came out to service it and went above and beyond what I expected.Edited 7/19/17I made an app for them to fix a plugged drainage line for my AC. They quoted me $455.00 for the work and came out and performed the job. Turns out that wasn't the issue and amazingly because they didn't cool the house and fix the issue they didn't charge me a dime!!! Amazing customer service and Hays is the only place I'll ever call for AC servicing.

The installers Caleb and Brian showed up on time and ready to go to work. They were great! Unfortunately, they were the only ones who were competent. When the salesman showed up, he did not take a look at our breakers or our ductwork. He did not tell us the size of our existing unit and ordered a 3 ton. On the day of the installation, the warehouse failed to drop off the A coil. First delay. Then they didn't have a special-order adapter to utilize our current breakers and wire, so they had to call out an electrician. This electrician left the drywall open and scratched up my brand new washer in the process of working. He also failed to clean up his mess. 3 months in there are still open holes in my walls that Penguin Air has not fixed, even though they promised to come out. It turns out, my old unit was a 4 ton and my brand spanking new unit runs constantly and so far this year averages 87 degrees. It is worse than my old unit. I paid over $8,000 dollars to be miserable in my own home. If they would have priced a ductwork repair and added that to the estimate, I might be a happy customer right now. Unprofessional and incompetent salesmen, warehouse staff, and auxiliary crafts made this a pretty miserable experience.

We have used Hobaica for several issues with our HVAC system. The most recent call was for a plumbing issue. We have been so satisfied with their service, professionalism, responsiveness, quality of their personnel, that we called them for plumbing. Simultaneously, we developed another HVAC issue. The technician, Scott, did a fantastic job of diagnosing, and solving, our HVAC and plumbing issues...in the same call!! He and I talked frequently as he went through his process and he was so well versed in both services. The ultimate resolutions to our issues, in my opinion, will come at a decent price as well. great job Scott and Hobaica!

Replacement. Complete installation of HVAC system (Trane 20.5 variable). I would recommend using them to others. Just waiting for rebates which they take care of for you. Great communication, timely, professional from start to finish.

We enclosed a patio into a new room connecting to the house. Existing A/C unit was ancient and even a little small for the existing space, let alone the addition. Because the single thermostat was far away from the new room I assumed we'd need a dual thermostat arrangement. Expert talked me off that more expensive solution and explained how adding a return in the new room and setting the thermostat to run on for 10 min, and off for 20 min would equalize the temp throughout the house and only require a single thermostat. A much cheaper & easier solution. After ~9 months experience with the new unit & ducting we actually spent LESS on cooling this summer than in previous summers despite adding 200 sq ft to be cooled. The installation was perfect, but the design phase was the crucial element in this and that's what makes Expert better than the bigger names.

I called A&M in June of 2017 to do an inspection on the ac unit of a condo I was going to purchase. Mark came out and did the inspection on a 35 yr. old unit and said that it was on its last leg, he actually needed to change some wiring I believe, because of work done on the unit from other companies was not correct. He said the unit was a mess because of all the band-aids made on it through out the years, he requested that I think about replacing the unit because it may not get me through another summer. Long story short, it made it through and A&M installed one in June of last year and I am so grateful for Mark and Amy for their help in getting me the correct unit for my condo and for getting me a thermostat that I can control with my phone from anywhere! The job was done in a day, new unit, elbow, wiring, condensate line, and thermostat. The job was clean and they cleaned up after they were done.

Temperature Pro helped me out when I was in need of some load calculations for an HVAC unit that was installed by another company. These calculations were required by the city to pass inspection yet my installer didn't have the program to give me this information. I contacted Temperature Pro and they came out the next day, did the calculations and had them to me in less than 24 hours so I could have them for our inspection.
