I had the great pleasure to have Barrett from A.P.E.S assigned to my kitchen renovation project. He arrived on time, was extremely friendly and efficient. My AC broke on one of those lovely heat advisory days you get in AZ. Penguin air was able to schedule me in for same day service. I honestly thought they were just gonna sell me a new unit, but their tech was honest and informative. He was able to fix the unit for a decent price. I will be using Penguin air for all my future AC needs!

The most outstanding professionals I've ever met. We worked with Justin, Jared, and Branden for an HVAC system for my relative Adriana. First off, safety and cleanliness was top priority. They placed paper mats down through the house, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up immediately after small messes. The care they took on our home was so respectful and deeply appreciated. They were well-mannered and spoke softly and compassionately to everyone in the household. Our pesky dogs barking in the closed room didn't deter them nor jade their attitude. They made small talk and built rapport with us. When the job was done, they went above and beyond to explain every last detail so we would be fully knowledgeable about the work that was done. If I could do more than 5 stars, I honestly would.

I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. I initially had the wrong service performed, but that may have been a miscommunication between me and the business. Once I brought it to their attention, they were quick to remediate and help fix the misunderstanding. It’s great to see a company stand behind their work and make sure they have a happy customer in the end. I was so pleased with them that I let them work on both my rental home and my personal home!

These guys are great! I talked with one of those big name companies first. Then I talked to Chris over at Alien. He explained that it would be about 3x LESS than what the big companies were charging. He never tried to upsell me (which is a big deal to me)... in fact, he explained that I actually needed to downsize for better efficiency. Jeremy and Mike were professional and thorough. Everyone explained every bit of what they were installing and what they were doing. And when my Nest thermostat was giving me issues not long after the install, Chris came by the same day to take a look at the wiring.... He fixed it in minutes! (it was an improper install from the Nest people) I love my new AC unit! It's working GREAT! And it's nice to know I have some knowledgeable and trustworthy people to lean on when I need help!

Responded quickly with technician showing up the next morning. Wire to cap was cooked and replaced along with new wiring. Freon was added to system as it was a pound low.

Total cast was under $1200.

Technicians were on time, respectful, professional. Came to the house, went straight to work, house was uncompromised and left in good order. Very satisfied with the job
