Omar came out as promised to investigate our plumbing leak. He was friendly and professional, quickly locating the source of the problem and recommended a restoration company for the water damage. That repair is now underway.

Called them in the afternoon after I had discovered I had a slab leak. They said they could send someone over the next day, between 1:00 and 4:00, to locate the leak. The charge for locating a slab leak would be 225.00. The plumber showed up at 4:30. I arrived a few minutes later. He had shutoff the valve for the water heater, and told me it was a cold water leak. I told him that I had already done that, and knew it was a cold water leak, and also because I had cut an access hole in the hall bathroom, and could hear the cold water line had a leak. He then mentioned that it might be a leak in the line between the meter and the main shutoff for the house. I told him I had already checked that with the main shutoff. It was a leak under the slab. He then said that it was too late in the day to locate the leak, but they could repair it the next week, and gave a ballpark estimate, not knowing where the leak was at all. For this, they charged 178.00, claiming that the technician determined that it was a slab leak, and it was the cold water side. I already knew this, I wanted them to find the leak. All he ended up doing was turning off the valve on the water heater, which he neglected to turn back on when he left. He determined that it was a slab leak because I told him what I had done to determine it was a slab leak. When i called to dispute the charge, I was told someone would contact me. They never did.

They were prompt, responsive, and communicated efficiently with our insurance company to make sure all repairs were covered. Throughout the process, they communicated every detail to us and made sure we understood what was happening and how the fix would help us long term. We would highly recommend Moon Valley for any plumbing need.

Let me preface by admitting I am a first time homeowner and some of the fault falls on me for not knowing what to do in the event your sewage pipe collapses.My mistake was not waiting for my insurance adjuster and not getting a 2nd quote. Those mistakes cost me 9k out of pocket.Where I think they are at fault is for overcharging me and intentionally rushing the repairs and making me pay upfront with a promise that they will work with my insurance to get me close to 90% reimbursed. But when it came time to work with my insurance to get the work covered they were very uncooperative with my adjuster. At first ignoring requests for a break down of cost and then they provided 2 different contradictory break downs until finally they just stopped replying to her questions altogether. I reached out to Brandon, Jesse and Vince on numerous ocassions.A third party was sent out by my insurer who estimated the work 6k lower than what I paid and I had a second 3rd party come out and confirm I was overcharged by around 5-6k. Both sources felt the overage was coming from labor charges. In hindsight, it occurred to me that its very questionable that he insisted I pay upfront for labor that hadn't taken place yet. Again that was my bad for paying it but still unprofessional and shady on their part for sure.Don't use this company, it will save you money, time and a headache!

Had some plumbing moved for a bathtub to shower conversion. They did a great job and we're very timely.

Technician Wes was awesome. On initial estimate visit, he identified all the potential issues with my installations and determined that outside water shut off for entire condo building would be needed due to frozen under sink valve. This allowed me a day to get condo management approval and notification time for the shutoff. He also noted need for pieces that were not sold with my new units, and arrived with all on appointment day.

A water heater failure is a super stressful event, so it was nice to know that the Deer Valley team had our back. From the initial dispatch by Gloria in the office to the several interactions we had with the office in between, to the couple of days of working with the plumber, Jared, every bit of it served to ease our minds.



Jared was responsive, communicative, and kind! He talked about our options, explained which type of tankless they do and do not recommend and install and why, and then did a great job of getting it put in - including having to install new piping. He was amazing to work with and made sure that our newly renovated laundry area didn't have to get messed up even though he had to go out of his way to redirect the pipes in a different direction.

I found Champion thru a Hone Advisor referral service and I’m so glad I hired them! I’ve been having stoppages in my kitchen sink for over a month. After getting a quote from the company I’d been dealing with (Sunny Plumbing) of $900, I decided to shop around. The plumber that came out today did a hydro-jetting down the kitchen line to clear the blockage. He was very professional, courteous, and best of all did NOT try to sell on additional services.

Excellent and reasonable pricing

We had water leakage in master bath and ceiling was moist. Zoltan was out the next morning within the committed time frame. He tried his level best to re-produce the problem but unfortunately we were not able to re-produce it. He shared his number with us and told us to call him back the moment we see the leakage again. He was super professional and polite the entire time. I would highly recommend Laszlo Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.
