Best Heater Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Loved these guys, had a rather urgent outlet issue with my washer which was locked and full of laundry we needed for a trip. They were there within an hour. The receptionists were super friendly, they confirmed my app w an email, I was even able to pay via credit card. The whole experience was great, did I mention they entertained my toddlers with duck noises and cool tool education! Great experience after calling other places that could only get me taken care of in 7 days! We had the Jim & Steve team.

David was very responsive and did great job replacing my main electrical panel at a fair price. Already called him to do more work for in my bathroom remodel due to a water leak. I have already recommended him to my friends and co-workers.

JD Master Electric has done replacement, repair and installation for several items and areas in my home. He recently installed a transformer, relocated the automatic watering system box and installed the electrical box for all to be plugged into correctly. I will also add that he updated and brought all the electrical requirements to code in each case. My older home was way off in being legal! I would highly recommend one shot installation for your plumbing repair. Gabriel fixed my kitchen faucet did a great job he even came out on a Sunday morning. Chris came to my home at 10:30 in the evening to save me from a night without A/C.He did a great job and I really appreciate that you offer that service.Mike Fellers follwed up next day to test the unit and install a new hard start kit.Mike stayed and tested until he was sure it was going to perform as it should.He was very professional and courteous.The unit has been working great since then.The unit is only 1 1/2 years old so I have some concerns on why the failure so soon.Bobbie Mandell

We have used many electrical contractors in the past, but AZ State Electric is by far the best electricians we have sub contracted to. We do both commercial and residential and these guys know their stuff. Mario is awesome and a master at electrical. We would highly recommend these guys, and do all the time!

January 14, 2023The service by the Penguin Air Plumbong Company and Staff was great. Jackson LeBaron did an excellent job with removing the bad hot water heater and got Premier Restoration involved to schedule the necessary repairs and restoration of my property. He is extremely Professional and caring about my wife and myself. I high recommend Penguin Air for any problems related to A/C, Plumbing & Heating. The installed new ceiling lights in my office, all new ceiling fans in four rooms and new new interconnected smoke detectors. Joshua did great job, he even changed out the air filters since he had the ladders there. I highly recommend.

Aaron was on time, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He did a great job and seemed like genuinely good dude. He was super nice to my 4 yr old when he was showing him his scooter and other toys in the garage.I only have 1 complaint and it has nothing to do with Aaron. The cost of the water heater removal and installation is pretty steep at almost $900.

This company originally did our electrical for our new home. Electrical has not worked correctly since 2019. Breaker pops constantly cant use major appliances at the same time while lights on. Can't even use an iron without lights dimming. Had them come out they say everything is fine. Called them again and won't even step foot in our home without service fee payment. We didn't even have a conversation about what the problem was with the technician who showed up. First thing was out of his mouth was pay us. This company is trash and obviously doesn't wire or set up electrical properly.
