Best Heat Pump Installation in Phoenix AZ

Great job Mike. The person who tried to install our new washer was unable to because of the old plumbing. We called Hays Plumbing and they sent Mike to take care of the problem.He was scheduled between 9:00 AM and 11 and got here a little before 9:00. He was great. Checked out what was needed. Explained what he was going to do and got to work. When he finished he hooked up my new washer and cleaned up the work area before he left. We would have him back for sure. Thanks Hays Plumbing and thanks Mike.

Nathan was friendly and professional from the start. He provided tremendous insight in outlining the potential issues and next steps. Nate was patient in knowing I was not the most informed of the equipment and also this area being fairly new residents to Arizona.Great demeanor overall and would recommend Penguin Air just with my first encounter with this business because of Nathan. Today it is hard to find a honest AC company and one that provides good customer service. Well I found a good one when a friend referred to Expert HVAC. I can not say enough good about this company.

Gabe came out to repair my old ac unit and did a fantastic job. He was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about ac systems. He was not high pressure and did not do work that was not necessary, nor pad the bill or try to sell me a new ac or unit. Expert HVAC is an awesome company and one I highly recommend.

I was very happy with the service Eric Smith performed. Showed up at the appointed time called a half hour before arrival and explained the issue and then took care of it within a half hour. He was also friendly, honest and made me aware of the cost before going to work on my toilet. I would recommend this service and this plumber in particular because he was awesome. Highly recommend.

When my ac went out in the middle of the night, in the middle of July, 1st Choice Mechanical was able to fit me into their schedule the very next day, even though they were already slammed with many other jobs! Everyone I talked to at 1st Choice was incredibly friendly! The technician was a true professional and was very respectful of the property! He diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. Ten minutes after the technician arrived, my ac was blowing cold air! It doesn't get any better than that!

Also cleaned out dryer vent. Tyler was super. He explained everything that he was doing. He was meticulous and would recommend him to anyone.

Miles was pleasant and efficient and meticulous in doing his job. He tried to get the humidifier working (since he found out it wasn't) but determined it needed a new control unit inside the house. The unit and indoor control is quite old. He was very pleasant and a joy to talk to.
