We are so pleased with our new air conditioning unit from Hays! The team that installed the unit were professional, efficient and had everything wrapped up 3 hours early. We were also impressed that the owner Chris came by to check the progress and ensure we were happy. About a week later another employee came out to check the work that was done, set up the digital thermostat and to again make sure we were happy. I have heard horror stories from friends and neighbors of AC companies not doing what’s right...avoid the headaches and call the team at Hays! Truly awesone!

Penguin Air and Plumbing to the rescue...again. We’ve used them on several occasions and this time it was the hot water heater. Daniel, the technician who came, was very thorough and patient as he explained our options. In the end, within a couple short hours we had a new hot water installed and all is good. Thank you Penguin for being fair, prompt and professional. No question, I definitely recommend this locally owned company.

It was a delight to work with Leah, Andy and Miles over the phone and via email throughout the entire process! Although the AC equipment was delayed due to the world's current supply chain issue, once it finally arrived, it was installed seamlessly to the church fellowship hall and kitchen existing AC system. These guys and gals go above and beyond to ensure their customer's complete satisfaction with their long-term guarantee of the equipment, installation, and future maintenance.

The service provided by technician Joe Kleinman today was exemplary. He was called to check for a carbon monoxide leak in our heating and air-conditioning system. Our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms were going off when we turned our heat on in the home. He thoroughly checked the system and confirmed that there was no carbon monoxide leak. He communicated with us so well and was very thorough in dealing with the situation. Everyone in the office was so helpful in setting up the appointments. This includes Cassie, Steffi, Michelle, Drew and several others whose names I can’t remember. Everyone is so polite and patient and helpful. I highly recommend The Day and NightHeating and air conditioning repair company and I look forward to using them in the future.I just realized that I forgot to write a review about the other technician who came to our house on the initial visit. His name is Ivan. Ivan was just as outstanding as Joe Kleinman. Ivan did the initial assessment of the carbon monoxide problem and then bumped it up to Joe who had more sensitive equipment. So Ivan took care of the first step in the evaluation and then Joe took care of the second. Ivan was equally as professional, highly qualified, extremely thorough and a great communicator. Both technicians were a pleasure to deal with! 5 stars all around!

Have been using Just Air for years they show up when they say they will show up!! They might not be the cheapest around but for the service and work done in a timely manner is priceless to me!! They are good people in my book!!

The A/C air handler that was in our home filled up with condensation and our ceiling fell through. After paying to fix the ceiling we called Reeis to install a brand new setup (condenser and air handler) as well as add insulation to the whole attic. Shortly after install, the brand new air handler filled up with condensation and leaked on our new insulation and new ceiling. The air handler was fixed and the team went up to ensure there was no mold.During the winter, the new unit makes a banging noise. After two winters, a tech was finally able to find the cause in the third winter. Reeis was able to send out a tech to secure the lines and reduce the knocking so it is barely audible now.After being in the attic figuring out the cause of the knocking, the tech told me that there were spots in the attic that didn’t have much insulation. Reeis sent out a team to fill in any spot that needed.I can trust that Reeis stands behind their work. I would recommend this business to others.

We needed emergency repair and they were here in less than an hour, and completed the repair in one day.

Lincoln put in a new HVAC unit for us a few years ago (saved us a bunch!) We just had them back out for a maintenance. As always, they are on time, knowledgeable and professional. Gabe was actually early, but their technicians text you so you know they're on the way. He was professional, conscientious of my cat who likes to run out, answered our questions, and showed me how to hose out the unit so I can keep it from getting so dirty. We always have a great experience with Lincoln Air.

I had posted the review earlier in the day. Few hours later, I received a call from the Service Manager, Mr Eduardo Marquez. He was kind and understood the problem and frustration my tenant and I had to face.The company did send another tech who fixed the issue and also promised to refund the charges.In all, the company had fast service and a good resolution team.
