Best Heat Pump Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

We have used Hays services twice now and both times we had excellent service from every person we had contact with from scheduling to the terrific service guys that came out and were able to quickly assess the situation and make recommendations to solve the problem. Brett installed a device today that pushes the hot water from the heater in the garage to our distant master bathroom. Randy was able to figure out the problem leading to a smell in the drains we were able to easily solve. Both of these guys are fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Joey the technician is the only good aspect about this company. Penguin Air & Plumbing messed up their initial install of a new AC unit at my house, and instead of fixing their mistakes under warranty, they tried to shift the blame off of themselves and make us buy the parts they forgot to install the first time. Joey the Technician was kind, professional, and honest. These 5 stars are for him, not the company.

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency assistance. Thanks again!

1st Choice came out yesterday to do our yearly complimentary AC check up ! We had a new AC system installed be them 2 and 1/2 years ago and they have excelled in every aspect ! Best HVAC company ever! Technician Manny Did a grate ob inspecting our AC unit! Replaced our filter! CH

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out soo quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. The team at Four Seasons is awesome! The owners are always available when you need them and have questions, they also extremely knowledgeable within the industry. The Engineer Chris is fantastic, he is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service as well. I have used their services several times and is pretty much my go to spot when needing anything HVAC related.

I purchased an annual preventative maintenance (PM) contract from SG Mechanical. An expensive mistake.

During the sumner PM they replaced an OEM capacitor with their cheap inferior capacitor. The replacement caused electrical surges in the fan and compressor - a shady dishonest way disreputable contractors can stress-fail an older air conditioner to force a service call or a lucrative AC replacement - which SG Mechanical pushed before, during, and repeatedly after their PM.

After recognizing the surges as something very wrong, I called one of the SG Mechanical owners for them to come back and put in the correct capacitor. Again they Installed a cheap, inferior, non-OEM, non-Trane-approved capacitor (this time it was the correct voltage and amperage size for the AC unit). After gaslighting the facts and their responsibility they charged me $89 for the service call.

Unfortunately the damage caused by SG Mechanical was already done. The motherboard with visible scorch marks from repeated surging, failed less than three months after their summer PM-Mission accomplished. An expensive repair. Lesson learned: I will NEVER let SG Mechanical work on my Trane AC/Furnace again.

Very professional and very informative. I called on Monday and they came out on Tuesday for an estimate. Wednesday they were out installing. It was a bit pricey but it was totally worth it. We have a brand new ac with cool air and ready for the summer.

10 years in how do we feel about Alien AC? They continue to offer excellent service, they are responsive, and they are reasonably priced. About 5 years ago I decided to price other AC businesses’ services, just to see. I found they either refused to give clear pricing up front or were much more expensive. Alien AC continues to be our informed AC service of choice.
