Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

PV septic is the only company all my neighbors use, and now I know why. They came and emptied my septic tank the morning I called. Butch was on- time, (actually early), curtious, dog friendly, and had great things to say about the purple he worked worn and for. Later the same day, Todd came out and walk me through what would happen during the repairs to my leach field. He then sent me by email a very reasonable quote. Experience is everything, and they've been doing it since 1958. Don't go anywhere else or you'll be sorry!

Last week Belsito diagnosed a broken pipe below ground in our newly remodeled kitchen. I was worried the work would demolish a lot of our remodeled flooring, etc. Jacob, Nick, Michael, Jacob's brother (do not recall his name) and the locator man were all so courteous, professional and careful to do as little harm as possible, even though it made their work more difficult. Especially Jacob and Michael really worked their tails off while nicely answering my many questions. They did a great job and I highly recommend Belsito. Brent Sanderson @ Reddi Services came recommended from a friend. We have our go-to plumber we use, however, couldn't get to us with scheduling quickly, so I called Reddi. The scheduling was available next day (not expecting this). Brent came right on time. Thoroughly listened to the problem and fixed it in a jiffy. He also provided long term maintenance suggestions to help keep the problem at bay (rusty old cast iron pipes!) Brent was also super friendly and enjoyed our non-plumbing conversation. Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. We called Cooper’s on Monday and they were able to come out Wednesday 12/28/22. We had the privilege of having tec Jody Martin come and help us pump out our septic tank. He was on time very professional and very nice. He made sure that his job was done right. We will be using Coopers again for our septic needs. Thank you again Jody for your professionalism and care!

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

Very happy with our experience! Our kitchen sink backed up on New Years Eve, I was hesitant to call anyone due to the holiday, plus it was already after 5pm. We called a couple of places. The first company was going to charge $125 just to come out, plus the cost of the service. The second company said it would be $400, plus service charges due to them being in their Holiday hours. We took a chance and called a third company, Rooter Ranger, they only charged us for the actual services performed. Ron came to the house, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He went as far as explaining the workings of the plumbing connected to our kitchen. I highly recommend Rooter Ranger and Ron for their/his expertise and great customer service. We will definitely call Rooter Ranger again in the future, if needed. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

We had a significant problem in our retail space, toilets were backing up, and water coming up in our break room. Our technician worked on it and worked on it until he got it resolved, which meant doing 500 feet down the line to ultimately clear it. Our plumber, Terrill, was super communicative at every step, when the problem wasn’t resolved after the first visit him mediately returned. He was outstanding.This was also the only plumbing organization in the area I could find to come out the same day. I would absolutely use them again

Blue Plumbers came out yesterday a DAY EARLY to reroute our hot water line as we had a slab leak! The sense of urgency and understanding started in the office I spoke with both technicians , they were both fantastic with getting me up to speed and on the schedule right away! The plumbers that were dispatched were the most understanding professional and nice gentlemen! They did an excellent job making sure we knew what was taken place every step of the way! They did a fantastic job making sure they cleaned up every ounce of their mess when complete. This plumbing service is our go-to plumbing company for sure!
